I did a .zip all apk's.
installation:
1 - Put the apk's in SD Card
2 - Put 2 at a time in System/app to be faster
3 - Restart the system

Just download the AngryROM and take the SystemUI.apk that is in system / app and also SecSettings.apk that should be there or preload and install on your ROM, replacing existing ones.

You could pretty much install any S5 featured ROM out there and the widget + free apps should be there, correct me if I am wrong.
