[Q] Bluetooth Mouse - Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When I connect the Microsoft Bluetooth mouse as a Bluetooth input device and browse Google chrome the keyboard disappears and I have no way to input text. If I disconnect mouse the keyboard returns. Is there anyway to use a Bluetooth mouse without having to use a mouse and keyboard both.

[Q] BT mouse deactivates the Xoom keyboard

I've updated to 3.1 and tried using my MoGo X54 BT mouse which I was able to pair with my Xoom but once activated it apparently deactivates the keyboard. Has anyone figured out how to use the keyboard without having to turn off the mouse.

[Q] Bluetooth + Wifi

Is anyone successfully using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and Wifi simultaneously?
If I have a keyboard and mouse paired and a WiFi connection, the keyboard starts repeating keys and the mouse gets laggy. If I disconnect the WiFi, the keyboard and mouse start behaving. If I only pair one Bluetooth device, and connect the WiFi, it works fine.
I've tried the Logitech and Belkin keyboards and MS and HP mice. Similar results for all combinations, but the Logitech + MS are the least bad.
Help!

My note is on stock firmware and not rooted. I have no problems using 4 BT devices (keyboard, mouse, speaker and Samsung HM 5000 thin stick headset) simultaneously while maintaining my WIFI connection. I do have the WIFI settings on mr router fixed to channel 6 rather than auto. The issue could be with your router. I'd suggest you do some Google searches on BT interference on the make and model of your router. If that router has known issues, you may also find some suggested work arounds. Good luck.

Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse makes Fire 7 a small android touchscreen notebook

I paired a bluetooth keyboard and bluetooth mouse with my Fire 7 (rooted with Nexus ROM loaded). It now works like a small android touchscreen notebook.
I am using a Logitech Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard (K480) and a Microsoft Bluetooth Sculpt Touch Mouse.
You don't need to touch the screen, unless you want to. The mouse performs all touch and drag functions. All of the screen touch functions still work (except the on-screen keyboard does not appear as the bluetooth keyboard takes over).
When using a bluetooth mouse alone, the on-screen keyboard no longer appears. So you should use a bluetooth mouse and bluetooth keyboard in combination.
This turns the Fire 7 into a touchscreen android laptop. It works in portrait or landscape mode.
When you turn off bluetooth on either the tablet or the mouse and keyboard, the tablet returns to normal operation.
I have also used other brands of bluetooth mice and bluetooth keyboards on the Fire 7, bluetooth 3.0 & 4.0. They all seemed to work well.
If you have a bluetooth mouse and bluetooth keyboard laying around, pair it up with the Fire 7 and you will have a $50 notebook.
Rooted mine and running CM 12. Bluetooth headphones and 8bitdo controller and I have a super Nintendo.
