Plz sombody help.plz plz..
I bought lava etab xtron 3 days ago.....but when I install any game in my tab.after successfully installation whhen I try to open it...it says tat "unfortunately XYZ has stopped"
Plz solve this prob...n sorry 4. My bad eng.

battery help
how is the battery performance of your tab? my xtron tab just gives two hours of browsing time

Its very very bad....even in stanby condition its all out in 2 or 3 hours..do u know how to constant bettary in standby..so it'll no discharge instandby.

I used advanced task killer and after tat easy task killer...but found no any benefit about battary drain in standby......plz suggest any1 task killer for xtron

There is no any prob in wifi signal in this tab..cuz i use wifi regularly
and its amazing..browsing and downloading speed i just love it..only bettary drain issue..no other issue

Yes, we can install apps either from Google play or from apk files without rooting the tab

Are the games still showing "unfortunately stopped" error? If yes, try the below suggestions:
1. See if there is sufficient internal memory for the game to run
2. If u have not linked your Google account, pls do it. Bcoz, I was also getting this error for dead trigger game, but after linking my Google account, the game worked without any issues.
Q: Is there any book type tablet case available for this tab for online purchase within Rs. 300? And do u get matte finish screen guards perfectly fitting this tab? (I have bought this tab a week before and I need to buy case and scratch guard)

For the battery isssue try not putting the tab in sleep mode.Its a bug in the tab which corrupts the battery reading when it goes to sleep....:laugh::laugh::laugh:

S5 Quick setting and Recent apps.

Hi xda.
This is real S5 quick setting and Recent app panel is now available for our galaxy s2 plus 4.2.2 Stock.

Flash v3 via recovery.
For Quick setting
- Copy NotificationToggle.apk , QuickMessage.apk
- Set permission to rw-r--r-- .
How to setup shortcuts:
-download Png.zip then extract to SD card
-launch "Notification Toggle" app
-add app and check "Quick message"
-go to "Icons & Colors"
-locate extracted png's and change it.
-done.

I don't think chainfire's method works on the 7. 0 due to its unique hardware, but check the 7.0 root thread in the Q&A section.

I found a way how correctly unpack Tab 4 7.0 boot.img using a modified tool. Device tree table embedded inside, also contain a signature in the last block. Samsung/Marvell made none standard header, device tree and page size block information swapped Repack a boot.img need a different none standard tools Still working on it :good:

Yea, I managed to unpack and repack Tab 4 7.0's boot.img . The resulted boot.img identical to the original one :victory: My tools will be available on github soon. C'mon, press my Thanks button :laugh:

Hi, any information about progress ?
I found that Vroot is working, but not for LTE verrsion T-235.

I used CF-Auto-Root-milletwifiue-milletwifiue-smt330nu.tar to root my T330 and it worked perfect. SuperSU detected Knox and I guess disabled it (I also freezed some Knox apps with Rom Toolbox Pro) I am also running Wanam Xposed which I guess fakes the system status to be set to Official so I can still get OTA. This tablet is really cool and I bet someone could make TWRP for it. I would be willing to help on anything. I know this thread is really for the 7" but I bet you guys know how to do it (recovery) on the 8" too.

How to Update your note 3
1- Install the Samsung drivers
2- Open Odin3 as Administrator
3- Unzip the ROM file in the same folder as Odin3
4- Load the 5 Files in Odin3 as shown in the attached Picture (PIT button for PIT files, BL button for BL file, AP button for AP file .... etc. )
5- Switch off the Galaxy Note 3
6- Place the phone into Download Mode by pressing and holding Home+Power +Volume Down buttons together, than Volume Up button
7- Connect the Galaxy Note 3 to your computer using USB cable while it is in Download mode. Wait for some time until Odin detects the device
8- Click on start Button on Odin3 and wait till the note 3 reboot. (dont' panic, the first reboot takes some time on the Samsung Logo)
Congratulation, you're now on Android 5.0 ; you need just to fix the APN setup:
Download this app : SecSettings.apk from the link mentioned above; copy it in your device (USB cable of micro SD), install it by clicking on it (don't forget to check unknown sources)
Now you're done ... enjoy !

download your official ROM from here : http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-N900/
and flash it using Odin3 as explained in my post (use AP button)

after few days of use, It looks more fast than kitkat 4.4.2 maybe just because it's fresh installed OS .... the battery looks the same, no more saving !

Check sunrider's post here. It worked for me. Untick the auto reboot when flashing CWM initially so that you can manually reboot.

I read in some forums that the root in the leaked lollipop version is not stable 100 % for the note 3, in certain cases the device freezes in the samsung logo after rebooting!

I think you need to root to mount apps on SD ...! sorry for Facebook, I dont' know if a solution exists ... I read in forum that this issue exists for lollipop updates on galaxy s5 and nexus 7 ... it's maybe a bug in the 5.0 version, it's not related to this leaked version.

works fine ! ... receive a message like " not able to enable auto night mode detection !! .. " but works very good with or without the flash...

For those with Facebook app crashing,
Go to apkmirror.com and find the Facebook apps versions. Pick the version 26 for 4.0+, not the one for 5.0+. The 4.0+ one works fine for me for the past couple of days.

tried it for a while on lollicop V2
it's working
the dialer app always crashes "the app with the numbers not the contacts"
settings and messaging and calculator and calender and voice recorder hasn't been changed yet
the notification panel hasn't been changed also still on lollicop V2 style
the voice popup tab is white and that's good but it has one problem because the gear isn't visible
not all the texts are black there are some "grey" so it's hurting the eyes a little bit
in the notification oanel when you take a screenshot
on the delete appears a weird text %1$2d:%2$0....
and on the share button : SD Card has been....

ram manager has a white color and working well
that's all I've seen so far

A lot of bugs are yet to be fixed.
I hope Kahmad would fix them Asap!
