hello guys
I am running this http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/orig-development/beta-aospa-4-0-beta-t2571273 rom in my xperia L C2104 along with phantom v6 kernel!! because using the boot.img given in the above thread crashes my phone!! The problem is tat the wifi just saves the network !! it doesnt connect to the network !! i request help from u ppl !!!

Did you not only flash boot.img but the zip from Phantom kernel too?
The WiFi doesn't work if you only flash the boot.img

yes i did flash the zip file also !!! wifi switches on but it does not connect to the network !! it just saves it !!

Can you try connecting it to a different WiFi? I've had this problem too a while ago but it was related to the Access Point and not to the phone.

problem is only on wifi can't connect.
but only the flashing using kernel-GDX_Alfs & Djnilse X8_08a I get on the wifi problem.
when using another kernel runs perfectly and no problems

You're lucky that you successfully run that build and got only wi-fi bug. I couldn't have managed to run it yet.

for flashing Build #4-5-6 u should only wipe and format catch because this rom itself mount ext-sd and catch
after flash u boot your phone if u stuck on htc logo u should reboot

no one is having Wi-Fi problem.
I suggest a clean install.

don't flash any extra zips.
have you flashed the OC kernel?
someone has reported a Wi-Fi problem with OC kernel.
use flyROM v3 if problem still exists.
if still .....wait for derefas build 7.

which rom would be stable,fast,theming,and give me lot's of free ram and internal memory

3 miracle v4

if any other rom you used and like pls suggest me.
and my second question does any custom rom lock my phone from service provider.
I prefer miracle coz its good and i used it....

can i use 3g/gprs in this rom and if i dont like this rom would i be able to flash again with stock rom through odin. im running on stock gb ddkq8 but i have earlier version gb ddkq6 on my pc

As a former Galaxy Ace owner, I would prefer, Miracle / Apocalypse or any CM-based ROM. Use Amarullz script for internal memory expansion. :good:

could you tell me pls how much ram uses in miracle rom
can i flash any version of stock gb 2.3.4, or 2.3.6 after flashing custom rom
and will i get stock recovry aftr reflashing back to stock rom.
it uses between 133-148 RAM...

hello mate
today i read miracle instalation tutorial in xda
i found some stock application has been removed
i have stock gallery3d.apk, camera.apk, mms.apk
can i install these directly as every application or copy these and paste to system/app and change permition rw-r-r
will i get application icon into aplication drawer after copying apk file into system
will copy apk into system brick my phone.
if you know any other method of instaling stock application pls let me know

HERE Is your solution :good:
Dude a bit of changes is needed while flashing this rom. Please follow the instruction provided below for working wifi.
1. First flash vengence kernel for cwm if you havent already
2. Then flash rom as provided in the instruction in first page. Now you must have working rom without working wifi.
3. Now here is the twist, please copy the vengence kernel zip into root of your internal memory/ sd card. Go to cwm. And flash the kernel from zip.
Now you will have working wifi in this rom. VOILLA.
