Hi, I'm currently about to root my galaxy S7560 but will only do so after finding a rom that works well for my device. All I'd like to know is if SlimRom is compatible with this device in any way cuz I'd really like to run it. Thanks in advance.

You going to need to find a ROM that has it. In running jellybam which is 4.2.2. I think they have s2 ROMs. I have s3 so not 100%. Go to galaxys2root.com they have a list of stable ROMs for s2, s3 and note

try update via SAMSUNG KIES..
and see what's the latest firmware for you device..
or find a suitable CUstom ROM that suits you

yes, i do also think that slimrom is perfect...it has absolute no bug on my galaxy Note, and the functionality has been raisen to 200%.
I always say, if samsung stock had the quality that the slimrom has, then we'll not see any other handys Slimrom has exact the things that samsung dont has.
