[Q] How to unlock or flash a Chinese Spreadtrum Phone w/ Android 4.0.3

My friend have bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 replica (read: fake, and i want to unlock it, if that not possible, then only to flash it):

[Completed] sticky pen

I have a SM-n9005 note 3 LTE. The only thing I have wrong is that when I pull out my pen to save a name and number, the page takes from 30-40 secs to open. I have the Poland build. Should I change to the new Russian build? Is there anything wrong with that one? Please help. Thank you.

I have a Japanese android phone with specifications like this:

I tried many methods but didn't work.
