hi, is there any BlackBerry expert? y cant unlock a BlackBerry 9810 with out loosing my info, i have searched with some Friends and the said me that they cant, please help y cant use my phone and i have all mi work info there.

I want to send my HTC 8X phone information such as OS Version, Firmware and IMEI of the phone to my friend Nokia Lumia 920 device.

Please, help me. My daughter bought feiteng N 9300 mobile and blocked screen by too many tries of Gesta. I've found the only way is to hard reset but I´ve tried probably all combination and I get only to phone test. Can someone help me? Or is there another solution? She doesnt have internet access.
