Why can't I fix permissions?

Hey Nexus S mofos, I haven't been able to fix permissions for some time now. I haven't posted a thread about it because I rarely fix permissions. But I'm feeling curious today. Anyone else having this issue? I have flashed countless roms and still I can't fix em. Any suggestions?

It will say fixing permissions but it will show no log of it.

Is this phone meant to be used day to day?

Do you guys think this phone was not meant to be a main phone? I wonder how many real developers use this phone as their main. I know many of you will get upset, but it kind of hit me today.

It would be great to provide more information like ROM, kernel, Gapps version

Good Point...
ROM: Stock CM12S
Kernel: Stock
Gapps: Not Sure how do I check this info?
Also if it helps my phone is unlocked,encrypted, and rooted

Emoji issue using Google Keyboard

Anyone else having issues like this? Not only does it look bad, but some of them are actually applied when you press them. I've tried to delete data on Samsung keyboard and Google Keyboard. It's driving me nuts!

I have this as well, I thought it was just how it was developed and they made a poor decision in icon overlapping.

It's fine on the stock keyboard. Fortunately I rarely use those, but it cannot be unseen.

Anyone know of any way to fix this with root/xposed or anything?

this is an applications problem this is not supotrd by android m devs may trying to fix it.... as this msg shown
i dont think expect app's devs anyone gonna fix it....
so wait until devs make it posible on MM
