Its about that time of year again ladies and gents. All the stress and BS that the commision put our asses through over the past few months has come to an end tonight.

i LOVED the red zone app last year. saved my ass many times while traveling. had the apk modified to work on the evo4g. beautiful. praying.

i know you now have to sign into the app with your Verizon account for it to work now so I don't know how that will effect things as far as hacking the app to work on other carriers.

I use the NFL app. Its not bad but doesnt update as frequently as i would like.
No sunday ticket for me(****ing trees blocking the mother ****ing satellite lol). I asked a bunch of people who had the ticket if i could throw em $60 for the extra package for my ps3 and tablet. no dice
Mondays game pissed boys and skins fans alike off. ****ty calls from all coordinators

I just use the browser and point the url at one them "streaming" site.

I just thought that I would mention that an app related to sports called 'SportCaster Pro' is free on the Amazon App store today. It usually goes for $4.99.

No seriously, I have developed an nice little app that lets your android phone time how fast one can drink fluids! It uses your phones acceleration to sense when the table it lays on is being hit.
Usage: Lay phone on a table, hit the table once to start the stopwatch, then again to stop the time. One use is to time how fast one can drink fluids (beer chug game).
Or if you don't drink bear, then it's just a great stopwatch with a beer in the background!

That is on the way! Not sure when im done with it. Thinking about give people able to register for referee rights so that they can verify times and upload them to a global scoreboard!

I got a tip about using facebook for scores. And a way to create local tournaments (aka at house party) with dedicated referees. Any thoughts?

I only make fun apps I reckon it can be useful at home parties, serious competitions and university parties.

If this is a serious question, there is a brief explanation in the app as well in the description.
You have a bottle/can of beer. You hit the table which the phone is running this app on and start to chug the beer. When you are done, you smack the can/bottle in the table and the timer stops.

the game uses the camera to "scan" money, which in turn makes the chicks dance
so either have dollar bills sitting on a table or click the link in the first post for dollar bill pics to scan

Ok guys so the idea is I would be selling androids made to order, £2 for just the hama bead android, £2.50 for either a magnet or keyring hama bead android.
Postage would 50p for within uk and I would sort out internation prices if you want, if at least a few people are interested I shall make a thread in the XDA general to sell them.
You would have a choice of about 10 colours that they can be made from would have to sort the details but let me know if your interested they I will set it up

"Google" branded desktop stand for Nexus 4

I just spent 3 days at an annual client conference with our Google support team. Every year the Google reps bring cool swag for us to give away. This year they had these branded phone/tablet stands. As you'd probably guess they went like hot cakes but I made sure to snag a couple before the crowds had their pick. The design is extremely simple but works perfectly. One of the Google reps and myself spent some of our down time trying to see how much weight these things could handle. We were surprised to see how well it held up with 10lb objects.
It works perfectly with every phone we tried as well as the Nexus 7 and an iPad. I never thought I'd use a desktop stand but this works so well that I'll definitely use it at the office.
Anyway, here are some pics...

They were actually surprised when I told them that people would probably pay for these. I told them they should throw them up on the Google Play Store but they didn't think there would be any real demand.

Tons of companies were giving out this at CES. Obviously with a different brand name on it. There's a couple different ones, this style white/blue with the triangle style folding, also there's a more simple gray/black one that the stand rotates 360 onto itself so it's flat, I got that one.
I'm sure you can find these dang cheap on eBay.

It's funny you should mention that. I was at a party a couple of weeks ago and this guy there was telling me he works at Google doing some Android stuff, so I pull out my phone. Then we head a super geek moment, talking Android and the Nexus 4, and he was saying how pretty much nobody at Google that he knows has the Nexus 4 and he has only seen his supervisor with one.
