Perhaps you could tell us what you flashed - it might help
bad sign, if you can't boot into recovery I'd say call Samsung

basically i try to flash every roms to see if any rom work to solve the prolem. when i ry to mount efs it said error. and after i use odin to flash back to stock. i saw current binary-Samsung but the system status still stuck at custom. any idea?
You should boot to the bootloader (Volume down and power button) and do a factory reset. This'll wipe all your data and - very likely - your Note 10.1 will boot again!
I had the same problem a while ago, and this worked for me.
edit:
Oops, I didn't saw that you tried this already...

haven't seen anyone truly remedy this situation, and I wouldn't risk sharing efs files

Sometimes if you get stuck on the boot logo and it never fully boots, simply clearing the cache and dalvik cache in CWM or TWRP can fix it. (Might throw in fixing permissions as well.)

Will someone please help me to get out of twrp mode. I downloaded cm something, thinking it was an update, but now my phone will not boot normally, only in twrp mode. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. And yes, I was stupid and didn't backup my phone except on titanium.
Thanks in advance

When in TWRP first try wiping cache and dalvik cache.
It this doesn't work, then do a factory reset and try again.
If this also doesn't work, although it should, try to format system and data and reflash your ROM.

A factory reset can fix a bootloop. If not flash the factory images but you will lose all your data.
BTW what did you do to know if your PC doesn't recognize your device? Which recovery do you have?
After four factory reset I nave flashed new factory image and now are all ok.Exactly have lose all but...with one beckup is perfect....and "NEW".....
