There are so many phones, that not every phone/tablet will get a forum. A lot of it depends on the popularity of the phone and the amount of development that is being done for it. Good luck.

Ha, ha ... you are not the only one waiting for the first custom ROMs for this device.
Best place to ask is the Mi 4i Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum ... or the Mi 4i General forum.
Maybe you need to open a kind of "Request" thread. If there are enough users requesting CM ROM development (maybe along with a bounty or potential of donations for the dev), then you will get it sooner
Or try to port CM yourself to the Mi 4i :fingers-crossed:
