I have tried to download from this link xdafile server for Fnote3 V3.5 but return 404 not found. Can anyone help ?
If you're getting a 404 error, the file is probably gone. Can you post a link to the thread with the link that you're having problems with?

but it's look like dead link for last 2days, and there's no another link except the one from utstar.com.

Though I think you can also use the latona_20110114 PIT file.
