You should just flash the magiorom r3 and then flash the jmz kernel. It's very smooth.

It's in the original development. Go there and find the jmz kernel then flash it and don't forget to flash the boot.img also.

Try downloading mega on your android from google play and enter the link to see if you could download it. If not, then tell me. To flash the kernel, first download it and extract the boot.img from it and put it in your fastboot folder(the one where you unlock your bootloader with the unlock token in there). Flash the kernel on your recovery just like you flash the rom. Don't wipe or anything, just flash it normally. Then go back to bootloader and flash the boot.img with cmd by typing: fastboot flash boot boot.img.

Use the Kernel bit of the Toolkit to flash the boot.img, you will need to extract the boot.img rom the rom zip.

CWM is a ***** to boot into on the S. You need to restart it with pwr+vol- until the phone decides to let you in.
Or, if you have a working ADB connection - run 'adb reboot recovery'. That has worked for me every time.

You need to get into bootloader and flash TWRP recovery with the toolkit and then the boot.img and then it should boot into recovery fine.

yes a im in a menu Team Win Recovery Project.
If i do instal the rom its works bud if i reboot after instalation the phone freeze he dont wane boot that rom.
a im bussy 2 days on that over and over again

No not the rom zip but the boot.img inside the rom zip, you need to extract it from the zip.

Go here and download the Boot.img/Kernel zip, it will have a script to flash the boot.img so unpack that and replace the boot.img there with the one you want to use. Put your phone into fastboot and then use the script.

Yes, it can be used. Just flash in 4ext, don't reboot but use power menu to go to bootloader. Extract kernel image from ZIP on your PC, flash via
fastboot flash boot [Tweaked3_XI]/kernel/Sense4_boot.img
fastboot reboot

but can't go to cwm recover
same problem flashing n_kernel
display shows boot animation of n_kernel but not going recovery. mobile booting to system. is any step that I forgot

For booting into CWM get latest version of N-Kernel then first flash it via Fasboot to get recovery then start your phone normally then restart phone press voll+ button to boot into recovery (press it when the led glows )
U will be in recovery flash the zip to get wifi working

The new version is stock based i.e. built from scratch and isnt oced' BTW extended is also cool your wish

Open up the Zip you flashed, open the kernel folder and flash boot_onesc2.img in fastboot.

htc one mini no os... not booting up (just on htc logo), cannot enter recovery mode (only the green "entering recovery" then back to white screen) , adb not working.... "tampered and unlock on top... os version 1.32.401.2.....bought in dubai.... help me pls... im desperate... i dont know what to do... is this fixable still??? pls help... thank you in advanced..

yes.
you can either flash the appropriate kernel to your actual ROM - your old system should be back - or you flash a new ROM (dont forget to wipe everything - except the internal SD-card) and after that flash the kernel (its in the ROM.zip) via fastboot (fastboot flash boot boot.img).

i saved the custom rom on usb flash then i put my htc one mini on recovery then i wiped(wipe and install new rom) then when i hit install zip from sdcard , it says "can't mount / sdcard... i really dont know what to do..

Hybrid rom is horrible for me. I tried it, but I'm backing to m4 stx rom, I recommended it!

The kernel atm only supports the 4.2.2 because our one mini isn't getting any support from htc. The latest kernel source is still 4.2.2. So the only roms that would work would be the magio rom r3.
