question about custom kernel and custom rom

hi everybody
currently i m on stock 2.3.4 with netarchy 1.3.9 kernel
if i want flash to custom rom , do i need to flash back the kernel to stock ? before proceed? or i can just straight flash custom rom through CWM?

Flash the custom rom. Download 1.3.9 universal. Then flash the kernel.

JosOS rom help urgent!!!! Do i need cm7.2??? help me

So Do i need cm7.2 to flash JoyOs rom v1.2.2?
Coz it says "based cm7.2".. i dont have cm7 now.
I just unlocked my bootloader.. so im still in stock
rom and stock kernel.
so will it work if i flash joyos v1.2.2 and fxp121
kernel over stock rom and stock kernel?? will it be
stable??

I just want the last update from HTC, that i can flast with Recovery TWRP.

I flashed a custom kernel on my stock rom. Now I want to flash stock kernel. But I can't find stock kernel. Can anyone help me with it ?

Does anyone have a Flashable zip with Stock Kernel?
I want to unroot but don't want to reflash entire firmware.
