Can't format SD card with EFI partition

Hey xda, so right to the point i've got a 32gb sandisk sd card that i can't seem to format.
My Moto Atrix can't mount it and windows can only format 200mb from the normal file explorer
In the inbuild windows partition tool, it labels the 200mb as EFI SYSTEM partition and all options are grayed out, The other partitions i already deleted and and now unallocated but are not formatable either
Here is a screenshot

@kalon00
I'd like to install hh_repartition+to+2go.zip for changing the size of the partition to 1GB.
Then, I will change the size of the partition to 2GB after it.
The installation says install is successful, but it seems to have many errors.
I am confusing if the installation is succeeded.

My understanding of rooting is to have the su applet installed on Android. Do you mean this, too? If so then check Android's build.prop file located in /system directory for entry ro.secure=0. If so then the emulated Android can get rooted, otherwise not.
BTW: Have you installed the image's /system partition as RW?
If you set /system as read-write you don't will have any problems with rooting at all.
