[APP][2.2+]Support Caller

Hi. I've just recently decided to try my hand at android development. I have uploaded my first app to the play store and was hoping for some feedback. I know the interface is a little rough, but any suggestions on improving either the UI or functionality would be much appreciated. I'll post a few screenshots but can't post links yet on the forum. Can't post screenshots yet either, sorry. You can search for the app in the play store by searching for "support caller" in quotes.
Support Caller
Use this application to call the customer support and technical support phone numbers for various wireless cell phone and cable tv providers.
- Click the button below your provider to bring up your phones dialer app with the number already filled in for you.
- Now just press call.
- The blue arrow at the bottom is for toggling between wireless carriers and cable tv providers.

There are now 16 tech/customer support numbers included in the app. I'd appreciate it if anyone could take the time to take a look at the app, it's on the play store. Just search for "support caller"in quotes. Thanks.

Thanks for trying it out.

Added additional numbers to the paid version, free version still includes 16 common support numbers. The paid version now includes 44 numbers.

The ui really needs some fixing to be less gingerbread era and more JB era.

Thanks for the input. I will be working to update the UI very soon. Do you think that the current UI deters from the functionality of the app or just its aesthetics?

Hello! I am working on a file manager for Android 4.0+ and I am almost ready to start public beta testing. I just thought I would give you guys a sneak preview! I received a ton of posts and messages from people who would like to test, so instead of distributing one by one, I thought it would be better to upload an APK and Google play link here. Looks somewhat like Fylee. Add a built-in zip manager and I'll switch to this from ES File Manager without a second thought.

This sounds like a fake. The original apk is around 14MB. This one's far from that. Don't give out your email to just anyone.

The fact, that the FAKE app uses the OFFICIAL comm protocol does not mean, that while signing up to the fake, you are not giving your email and password to the scam team behind.
I would recommend you to check who developed the apk, especially if you're giving it access to your contacts, credentials etc.

Sorry, but your screen states only that the apk has been developed by BustyBlondeModel (BBM), and is not taking you anywhere.... anything else you stated, based on the thumbnail provided, can be called only your personal sexual fantasy...:laugh:

Evangelion NERV Theme

Hey guys, was wondering if some one out there in this awesome world of XDA would be a to make a universal themed ROMS that is inspired by the Evangelion franchise.
Several years ago Sharp released a below standard phone with what I can only describe as the BEST looking theme I have ever seen to date... and this was bk in the days of gingerbread!
Since then the hardware has increased ten fold and although some themes or mods have come close, no one has, in my mind surpassed the way this themed ROMs looked.
Please find below a link to a video regarding this, forget it's in Russian but focus on the ROMs.
Anyone out there reading this who knows of any ROM builders that could undertake this?
Again not looking for themed widgets, looking for either a port or ROM.

i would be happy just to have some that work on the duel sim .. you have no idea how frustrating it is not to have it.

Being an Eva fan myself, I find this very relevant to my interests.
However, it seems that your request for a Rom or Launcher port isn't coming until an interested XDA member gets ahold of the phone themselves.
The closest that was gotten can be found in this thread:

Basically a Chinese Blogger got ahold of the phone, wrote about it, and dumped some System files.
People tried to get them to port, but were unsuccessful, for the most part.
Seems some things, though, such as the official MAGI Widgets were able to be Deodexed and Signed and working on phones.
The thread died in September, however.
QNBT has managed to recreate the feel and performance of the SH-06D launcher using Nova and UCCW.

I know it's not exactly what you are looking for, but it's close for now. (Though I'm sure you are aware of it.)
In this thread, someone found a Japanese blog where someone else configured it through a different launcher called Glaeja.

Seems nobody's quite done what you're asking yet.
But perhaps you can find some skilled people to assist the first thread in picking apart the system files.

It is not dead...I've been working at this for a few days now..the major issue is the SH-06D has a glass free 3d interface just like the Nintendo 3ds...MAGIhome depends on that hardware..cracking it is proving difficult.

It's proving to be beyond my ability level....but I'm not giving up.. plus I've run into an issue with the widgets.. they just stop refreshing... was almost late to work because the clock widget was telling me it was 3 hours earlier than it really was

You do realize that everyone can create a free SONOS account and take part in the beta programm? Once you are part, you can download the apk directly from Sonos.
Sonos normally is very strict about their betas and i don't think they would like the apk posted here.

Yeh bit you gotta register the sonos device on the account to join the beta and I aint got a clue what my account was lol

Closed beta's are well...closed. Posting the app for a closed beta would be considered a form of warez and isn't allowed on xda.
