So I've been playing some GTA lately and decided I wanted to customize my number plates. However, I can't get the iFruit app to work, whatever I try. It always says 'Downloading data failed'. I've copied the obb to /sdcard/Android/obb/com.rockstargames.ifruit/ but no dice. Anyone got it to work on the senny? I'm running ViperS5.1.0 if it matters.
bumpty bump.
I've also ran into this problem. I've also tried changing my device model in the build.prop to no success. Would be cool to get a working .apk

Might not be supported yet is my guess...
Nope not working here either. Shouldn't be too much longer before they fix it.
a lot of these apps don't work properly on 2.3
It does work, what doesnt work is the Gba emulator
Contacted the developer and he said he should be able to fix when he gets his nexus s.

Any update on that? Does it now work for the Nexus S?
Snesoid has worked on mine since I bought it in January. I did pay for the app if it matters. I'm running on stock unrooted 2.3.3.
I played Super Mario RPG start to finish with no issues or lag at all. I can confirm gensoid works also.
Xda app won't let me upload a screenshot. Wrong format.

I have it and play everyday no problem. never crashed on me.
stock unrooted
Hi,
new to android world. I've bought a nexus s yesterday and downloaded snesoid from market.
Dumb question: where do you put the roms? as nexus s doesn't have sd card is not clear to me how i should setup application to work properly.
It is unrooted and i want to keep it as it is for the moment (want to learn more before to do it).
Any help?
thanks in advance.
I think i figure out ... it has a mnt point within sdcard as there is one...
Hey i was just wondering, is there any way to get and play order & chaos online for the droid charge without having to root the device? Thx for any help
Yes there is a all device ver out there (google it) the down side is that you cant use the store so you cant add game time or gold. When you get the app you get 3 free months so lets hope it gets support before then.

Works perfectly! Thanks a bunch.
Can you help me out with a little more step by step please.
Im able to download the game from the market by changing my build prop... hence my sig below, but when I run it, it gets stuck after the first splash screen, at an hour glass type icon.... actually its the spinning circle.
Thanks
Edit. Btw, im running humble FROYO if that makes a difference.

All you have to do is change your build.prop file in /system to:
Instead of your device being i510, change it to i500. I'm playing O&C right now.

build.prop edits FTW
Download the all device version works great.
Gremlins are watching you...
Can someone post what build looks like stock so I can copy paste.

I got it to work. What the problem seemed to be, was the 600-700mb download over wifi was corrupt. I redownloaded, and now it works fine now.

Uninstall everything.
Delete all data related to the game.
Change build.prop lines to i500
Redownload and install.
Redownload the massive data package over WIFI.
Play game.
Exactly. It will work on this phone. I have to add, this game is freaking awesome. I've been waiting for a mobile version of WoW for years, but I certainly did not expect such a close copy! Lol.
Either way, it brings me back to my WoW days, and it fits in my back pocket.

Soo im kinda new at rooting. Can you walk me through the process of editing build.prop?
I've been using an all devices version for a bit now but just recently OaC came out with an update that is needed to play, has anyone cracked the new version yet for all devices?
I donno. I can't even get the paid version to work after the update

the only way to polay now is to edit the build.prop and download the fascinate/galaxy-s version from the marketplace

Anybody having problems getting this game to work on the Charge after the latest update, and new Market? I found a way to get it to work but you have to be rooted.
I don't hear many people talking about this game, but if you need help lemme know here, and I'll share what I've learned.

Just modify your build.prop file. Change a few lines that say "i510" to "i500", that will trick the game into thinking you're playing on a Fascinate(which is compatible) and the game will(well, should) work flawlessly.
That's the first step, but it still wont work. At least it didn't on my phone.
After that step, I continued the wifi install. Run the game, and it will hang before getting to the second splash screen.
Exit game and backup with TiBackup.
Uninstall game then restore using TiBackup. Don't redownload from Market, because it will hang like it did the first time. I know because I tried a dozen times.
After you restore and reinstall the wifi files, it should work fine.
I have been fighting to get this installed for weeks, and this method finally worked.

Works just fine for me. Last time I was on was this afternoon. I'm rocking the i500 trick and nothing else.
Maybe it was something odd going on with my rom or version of market because the i510 trick worked until the update.

Downloaded this game, but it won't install the additional filed on my Nexus for some reason, so I un installed, got my refund, then today I decided to try it again, I bought it, tried to install, no luck again, and now I can't get a refund
Does anyone know how to get this game to work? Has anyone had installation issues with the additional files? The download bar won't even move.
Neither does it on gta 3
Maybe it's a rock star games issue?

Download additional data from internet dude.Google it.Eventhough playstore show game incompatible with alot of devices,it actually does..So game should work.
It doesn't say incompatible, it downloads then the bar doesn't move when it has to install the rest of the data
But I factory reset my phone, got to 85% and the app stopped downloading the data, so I just un installed it again

I've always used TigerGBA/SNES/NES for playing ROMs ever since my first android phone the D2G. So it's been a few years of using it without problems.
Well I just recently had to reset my phone (a crappy LG Revolution, upgrading when the Galaxy S4 comes out) and reinstall everything and now TigerGBA is not working. It finds my roms and everything but when I try to open one of the games it says it can't find the BIOS files and it says to either put the BIOS file into mnt/sdcard/roms/gba manually or to download the ROM Emulators app and it will do it for you.
Well that app doesn't seem to exist but I found an app that install BIOS for any emulator and so I had it install in the proper directory but it's still saying there is no BIOS file when I try to open a game. So I was hoping someone can help me figure out how to get this working cause out of all the Android emulators I've tried, the Tiger ones are the best IMO and plus they are free which makes em even better cause they run even better then the paid ones.
So if someone can help me figure this out it would be greatly greatly appreciated. I've never had an issue with it before. And for all my android development knowledge, I can't seem to figure this out.
