Can I use another payment method for Google developer console registration fee? - General Questions and Answers

This is basically my situation: I am a 13 year old boy who is very keen to making apps and publishing. I would love to publish my apps on Google Play Store but it requires a credit card set on top of my account. My father doesn't want that because he worries that I would use HIS money online. Is there any method to pay directly with another payment method? Any help would be appreciated!

Linking Google Wallet to bank account - Possible right now?

So in light of yesterday's Google wallet announcement that you can attach money to an email, I had a question about whether it's currently possible to link a bank account to Google Wallet.
They say that credit/debit card money transfers will be charged a 2.9 percent fee, but transfers directly from a bank account will be free. It also shows in the help page how to link your bank account.
The problem for me is that the method doesn't exist yet for me. When I go to my payment method page, the only option is to add another card. Does anyone else not have the ability to add a bank account, or is it just me?
I'm wondering because I just tried to verify my identity, and it didn't work. It wants me to send in pictures of photo ids and stuff now, so I thought that might have something to do with why it doesn't work for me. Maybe your identity has to be verified first. The other possibility is that maybe they just haven't rolled out the feature yet, and nobody has it yet. Thanks for any input.

[Q] My google play dev account blocked. If i get hired will there be any problem?

Hello recently my play dev account was blocked. Well it's my fault. I didnt took care of the dev. for some copyright issue. Any way i dont need that account any how. I am a programmer. So people hire me. In last email google told me if i attempt to open any new account i will be traced and my account will be banned again without refunding. I totally agree. As big G is tyrant to the users . But bright side is it helps to make the marketplace clean.
But the main fact is if i get hired by some company and get access their play dev account from my laptop will their account be banned? let's say they either gave me user access or admin access,
Need help from you guys.
Cheerz
Yeah that account might get banned but I am not sure because your company's account will be created with complete different information and the account will be registered as a company so it might not get banned. To be safe you can reinstall your OS and try not to access your old banned Gmail account again
I don't think it will be banned because it belongs to the company and was created by someone else. They just let you use it to do some work for hire.
If you are not sure, you can provide .apk files to the company directly so they will upload them to Google Play directly, not you.

[Q] How to switch between two Google accounts with payment methods.

Hi,
Have a Galaxy S4 with a standard Android 5.0 build on it. All working well.
I have a Google Play store account with a credit card assigned.
I also have another Google Play store account which I have added a $30.00 Google play store voucher to.
When I want to purchase a Google play resource, it always selects the primary Google account with the credit card assigned to it.
Is there any way to select the 'second' account with the $30.00 Google Play voucher for payment of app/purchase?
I'm thinking I could remove the Google Play account with the credit card, leaving only the second account with the voucher, but wondering if there is a cleaner way of accessing the $30.00 voucher card account., without having to delete accounts.
Thanks for any thoughts/help.

I believe you must sign out of the first from settings>accounts>Google. Then sign in with your other account.

Hmm.. that's what I was thinking too. But was hoping you could "magically" switch between accounts without having to "remove" the primary credit card account. and then add it again later. It would/could seriously trash an Android device if the primary account has purchased many apps like Titanium Backup, Droidmail, Business Calendar and etc.
If lucky, at best those apps will just not work during the switch, at worst.....
Before I really thought about this, I thought is was a good/easy way for "significant other" to buy stuff on the voucher card and not have to concern myself about using the credit card account.
I believe, without ever having done it, a primary account can have multiple payment options.
Thus the primary account could have both the credit card and the voucher.
BUT, the voucher was just for one person and not the other little monkeys that use the 'primary' account for all there 'generic/common' paid applications.

You could try to just add the other account to your device. Settings>accounts>add account>Google.
Then see if you get the option to switch between the two.

Sell Apps under 18 years on Google Play

Hello Everyone!I am under 18 and want to sell apps on the Google Play Store. Now the problem is that Google Wallet which is required for the merchant account, is age restricted to over 18 years for earning money with it... Is it allowed to just put my fathers name and payment method for it even if the developer account is on my email address? Or should I let the hole thing run with my father and just upload the apps and he gives my the money I make?
I would be SO GLAD if you could please answer my question!!

Can anybody move my test app to their google developer account?

Hi there !
Yesterday i created developer account and published an app. App was approved. Now today i wanted to close the google account and get the refund so i contacted google support.
They told me that first i have to transfer my app to another account.
So can anybody help me to move out of this stress. ?
I just registered at this form in hope to find some solution. I'm even ready to pay 300rs for your time but most users here are not Indian, so i can't transfer money. Do you have any other method.?
