Hi, can anyone tell me how to DISABLE/REMOVE annoying ADS in Android Apps? I use ADWAY, and its kinda effective but not on all the Apps. Few apps like TOI and Sports Republic still show ADS. Is there a path or line which I can add in the HOST file to disable the remaining ADS shown in few Apps?? Will that work?

I like the app AdAway but it blocks ads in every app and I don't like that cause when Hanging With Friends's ads are blocked I don't get notifications and there's a big delay after I play my turn, but I want the ad blocking applied to a different app. Is there an app like this where I can choose what apps I want adblocked rather than it blocking apps everywhere? Using LuckyPatcher to remove ads on the app I want removed doesn't work, the ads still show up.
Can I remove the adds in apps by editing in root/app istallation directory
No I don't think so you can do it with this app http://lucky-patcher.netbew.com/ though it doesn't work with android lollipop well. Also anything that you do with this app is not my fault so don't blame me if something goes wrong. You could also block adds in all apps with a addblocker like adfree or adaway.
Hello guys,
i have this weird problem i am trying to fix. I tried what i could and it has not solved my problem yet. Lets say i searched for a tshirt in an app called X, then every other app that shows ads displays that 'search result and its price ' as ads. I opted out from google search based ads. Cleared cache for all the apps showing ads as well as the app that sells tshirts. All of it. And all apps that displays ads is still trying to sell me that tshirt. So how can i remove it and not let these app record my search to sell me their stuff. :/
ad can be disabled.
In chrome you can set DO NOT TRACK
I am using uc browser which has anti ads
If you have #root than you can choose ad blocker(available on play store).
Will rooting the device help with disabling ads in apps? Ex: Instacrap(instagram)

root wont do that by itself, but root will allow you to sideload apps that will block ads on many/most apps. You can also defeat a great many ads with the built in VPN
For paid option You can use Nord vpn (not google play version though!) or for free option you can use some free adblock DNS like adguard dns to get rid of most of advertisements but, for apps like YouTube or Instagram because, the way they preview ads are different than other apps there is no option other than using their patched app which could be not as safe as their original app but, those options I said usually block most of ads in any browsers or other apps that use normal way of showing in-app advertising.
Finally got my hands on a P40 pro.
I couldnt use Googlefier, as Hisense wouldn't give me the option to roll back from 11 to 10 emui.
Gspace works and all my apps within it work but the popup ads are really really annoying... Where do these ads come from? Gspace?, Huawei? Or one of the apps within Gspace.
Also, I can only access the Playstore by opening one of the unused / uninstalled app icons... Is there a way to place the Playstore app / icon within Gspace? And ultimately create a shortcut?
Did you manage to get a solution to this?
The ads are bad

Uhhumm... but it's not free. If you pay, the Gspace is also ad-free.
I rather suggest to use AdGuard and filter out Huawei ads. It's also handy when you want remove every ads on your phone.
In my case, there is only 1 ad once app is being started. Then, ads are not showing during using the apps as it is happening with GSpace.
