I have an htc one mini and I tried flashing a custom rom and it didn't work now whenever I restart the phone its stuck on htc screen please help!!!! I need help ASAP!!! Its att and I do not have a nandriod back up

After instalation of Android_Revolution_HD-One_71.1 on a rooted htc one mini, my phone dosen't start up again. I try to reboot, but after, my phone run just into recovery mode. I can't startup my phone in normal mode. Please help me!
I managed to brick the htc one s while flashing CM12 from CM11, there is no OS and when I try to go into the bootloader it just starts up and sticks to the htc boot screen, please help I dont know what to do anymore to fix this issue.
