[Q] Suggetions for a good Headphone (Ear Phone)

Hi
I am looking for a good quality in ear headphone set with really good bass. And all with is good with 5.1 mode in our galaxy S... I am willing to spend around 50 - 100 Singapore $.... It should be in ear type
what do you guys recommend?

Try to look for sennheiser cx200. Sound is very good. Price is good as well. Plus earbugs is in different sizes.

Are you in singapore? If so, try go over to plaza sing and look the stereo outlet.. they let you try out the different models, so you can choose the model you prefer.
Earphones are really dependent on personal taste, so I'd strongly suggest trying out before buying any, rather than depending on others to recommend.. even the high-end earphones get mixed reviews

I personaly use this model and im very happy with them . Try to find something from AKG for example K330. And they sound very goog , powerfull base.Sorry i cant post a link(new user).

I'm quite picky when it comes to sound , not audiophile pretentious but picky and I've always used "separates" for my music ... the sorts of Mission , JBL,Wharfedale and others for speakers and Denon,Marantz ,Harman Kardon and soon Pioneer for amplifiers ... once I get my vintage A-676 delivered hehehe
I'm POSITIVE (not HIV) ) that a huge percentage of peeps willing to "risk" €8 for this will more than enjoy the sound coming out of these and thank me

sorry mate , never tried any of those , but will try one day the porta pro just for how famous and respected they are , anyway ... I'll never switch back to "conventional" headphones over IEM's .

Very nice! Apparently these types of headphones are counterfeited rather easily, I found a set on ebay for $5 free shipping, so I bought 3 pairs. Will see how they turn out .

Heh, if they're crap that sucks, but theres no telling whether or not they are the same as the ones from your source. I did some research and found many people saying these headphones are very common for knockoffs, but the product is still decent. Nonetheless, I will report back once the product is in hand.

Should i Get beats tour?

i only have $60 bucks. and a friend has real ones so dont say its fake. he wants to sell em for 60 dollars. should i do it? is it good for the price? or are there any other earphones that are better for 60? thanks!

Maybe you could go to a shop where there's a demo unit and try it for yourself, try also other brand that suits your budget. If suits your hearing then go for it.

I have white tours, and they are awful in my opinion. I've had two sets now, and both have broken. The sound starts muffling and becomes distorted. Do not buy!
I'd say get some good quality skullcandys or save up for a lovely set of Bose.

no. dont get the tours. unless you just want to pair with your phone to make yourself look like you have a XE lol. get something that is really worth the penny you spent. I have a pair of iBeats..bought it just for the sake of Beats Audio..I was impressed by it..until i heard proper...proper sounding ones. cost half as my iBeats!

I'm never ever going to get beats again they have broken 5 times in a matter of months

can anyone give me some models of headphones to buy within Rs 2000 ? Need it to listen music in pc and in mobile... Over Ear Headphones will be better..
And mostly i listen rock,metal,hiphop music so need a hp with good quality sound and beat..

i recomend the a-jays one (about 30 USD) or a-jays one+ for an extra 10$.
they sound great, fit perfectly into the ears, and that wire is impossible to break.

I use sennheiser cx300-II in ears, fantastic sound for a relatively cheap price, found them pretty durable too just be careful if choosing these and buying from eBay, a friend of mine got a fake pair with crap lifeless sound and woeful build quality.

Koss PortaPro
I would suggest buying some koss porta pro's, I own these myself and they are amazing.
They aren't to expensive but they sound just as good as expensive ones.
And I can say that, beacause I also own a pair of 150€ denon headphones, and the sound of the koss is almost as good.
The best part about the koss partapro is that beautifull warm bass that they give you.
They are also very compact, so they can be stored very easily.
So if you're looking for some great headphones on the cheap buy the koss portapro's, and I assure you you wont regret it.

You could get the regular fit senns for around Rs. 950 something. Although its in the lower end of the range(a little expensive than sony , phillips, etc counterparts - cmon its sennheiser!!!), its way better than the common generic types that most common people tend to buy. Think its mx 400 or something. The sound quality is pretty decent and also the bass is pretty good - as good as some of the in ear ones
Own one of these and got it from Trivandrum.
Also there are other similar builds of sennheiser ones , which you can easily buy it off from ebay

I use Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision! They have a clear and fantastic sound. Moreover the price-performance ratio is super!

I build expo-displays for sennheiser and the things they come out with is amazing. Size and quality its smilpy some of the best i'v seen and tryed out.

Sorry, recommended expensive ones. Klipsch s4 is good value headset..

I had same problem with my headphones too! I can give you few advice. 1) The cord should be flat. 2) The plug have to be with protection (like in htc E240) 3) Better if it has metal "shell". 4) read reviews as much as possible!)). I hope it will help
