This rom is for the Xperia Tipo (ST21a/ST21i) for bootloader blocked and unblocked. In order not to have faults with the LEDs and retro-illumination, it is recommended to install the firmware 4.22 or 4.27 intervening Flashtool previously.

INSTALLATION:
By CWM:
1) Download and put on the SD card.
2) Start CWM.
3) Go to mounts and storage, later format /cache, format /data, format /system. Go back to previous menu.
4) Go to advanced, later wipe dalvik cache. Go back to previous menu.
5) Go to install zip from sdcard, later choose zip from sdcard, select Performa V4 by Gerr_kpo.zip.
6) Wait to finish, go back to previous menu, later reboot system now.
By TWRP:
1) Download and put on the SD card.
2) Start TWRP.
3) Go to Wipe and later to Factory Reset (Swipe to Wipe), after Back.
4) Go to Wipe and later to System (Swipe to Wipe), after Back.
5) Go back the principal menu, go to Install and search in the memory the .zip. Select Performa V4 by Gerr_kpo.zip, later Swipe to Confirm Flash.
6) Wait to finish and later Reboot System.

Installing and testing.. I'll report bugs if there are any...
ROM goes perfect, everything works perfectly, but I got an issue. For any reason, when I try to play Clash of Clans, it gets stuck on 'loading' start. It's the only app I got problems with, other ROMs goes well. Any clues?

devs have told this, not me. im just suggesting you dont invert them by default. the users can invert it themselves if they want.

How did you theme stock rom?
Also don't revert mounting storage. When someone wipe, this will cause hardbrick which cannot be fixed (because it erase whole memory on device)
How would you get the xLoud to work when DSPManager uses a different musicfx.apk

There is NO ICS that can be installed over GB directly with Recovery manager. First install ICS over computer. Then root your device. Then install Recovery manager. Then you install ICS custom ROM !!!

I had this with other ROMs
Try this: Clear data and cache of Play Store.
If still does not work: remove and re-add Google account. Reboot in between.
I do factory reset from phone menu and now works.
Before clear data and cache for Playstore ,but not help that.

Right. The same here with Thunder 2.5. Battery better than Stock ROM.

If you find any bugs, please don't hesitate comment to this thread, if this bug is not related to the base ROM, i will try my best to fix it.
Installation Guide:
(RECOMMENDED) Be on a stock ROM, installation will be cleaner
Download THIS EXT4 tool, the Kernel and the Rom on your device.
Flash on Samsung recovery (or your recovery if you are not on stock), my temp. CWM.
When you are on the Temp. CWM, flash the EXT4 Formatter tool, so whole system will be converted to EXT4. (Stock filesystem is RFS)
After the installation, flash my kernel you have downloaded before.
When the Kernel is installed, go, on the CWM, to advanced --> reboot recovery (this will reboot the device, and turn it on on the new CWM of kernel)
Wipe data, cache and dalvik
(IMPORTANT) Go to mounts and storage, and make sure system is mounted (will show unmounted) mount it 2 times!
Go to install zip from SD Card, choose zip from SD card and install your MIUIv3. (MAKE SURE installation last more than 5 seconds, if is less than 5 secodns, your system is unmounted! repeate step 8).
Mount the System again and install GApps.
After installation, go back and reboot system, if you made it good, ROM boots, so no problem on it.
Please follow the instruction carefully or you will have to do it again (or worsely brick your phone).

I found a solution to make themes work and fix icons problem
download any file explorer with root access and go to data/system and create a folder called theme then apply the default theme.
Ok now you can apply any theme that you want and icons are fixed

Yes, you just format system, data and remount them, then flash this rom over, but i suggest that you should use CM specific kernel or blackreactor kernel to have a good experience .

Wifi to 3g is fixed, all i do toogle the data after turning off wifi then it will show no connection. After that enable wifi again, then reboot

Decompile the SystemUI, modify the stat_ sys_ battery change.xml, stat_ sys_ battery.xml and change the png of the battery.
