Is there an apk I can side-load/download on a Nexus 5 unit for retail demo? I've seen the units at Best Buy running something like this. Thanks!
Most those programs require a password. At least they did at at&t.

Went to Best Buy and sent myself a link via gmail to an N5 Retail Demo APK I found on the demo phone. The link at first worked but now doesn't.

I purchased a Nexus 5 and I know that it doesn't support the VZW lte band. My question is, doesn't the Nexus 5 have the same SoC as the LG G2? If so, does anyone think they can get the LG G2 radio flash for the VZW version to work on the Nexus 5 to make it work with VZW?
It may be possible but may brick your phone. But this is a message I got when I put in my Sim card. Not sure if it helps at all.

I found this and have been making posts on this thread. Someone else has the same idea, but no one has seemed to have tried it yet.

I know its terrible but I have no other choice my work uses it and I have to have it on my phone currenty I have an iphone 4s, work provides the service and I have to provide the phone, I was thinking about buying a nexus but I figured out its not compatible with nexus 5, only some older rugged android phones and gs III and 4.

Im used to always having to buy sprint phones and I've had the nexus S 4G and Galaxy nexus 4G both for sprint and roms were completely separate from the GSM/unlocked versions. My question is does the US version D820 use the same roms and everything as the D821 version. My nexus 5 from sprint is In my mailbox and I'm on a 16 hour drive home from from a wedding. But I plan to unlock and root the min that box is opened. Thanks in advance

I am thinking of dropping my grandfathered unlimited data from AT&T and moving to T-Mobile. Is this the forums for the T-Mobile version of the Nexus 5 or all Nexus 5's.

all nexus 5, theres no tmobile nexus 5 xda forums.
All nexus 5's are the same whether you buy it at the T-Mobile store, Sprint store, Google Play or Best Buy. All roms work, all kernels work. No need for more than one forum.

To clarify, there are 2 models of the Nexus 5. D820 for North America and D821 for Rest of the world.
Same ROMs, Same Kernels, NOT same radios.
Where the app download goes way beyond 100%

Not on TMobile, but they don't fake their numbers..must be a Sprint thing.../snort. Very odd.
This is the first time it's done it. So funny.

Never happened on any of the six N5 I used (EU model, D821), nor on my 2012 N7 3G.
I haven't seen this issue on N5.
It happened to me once when I had Galaxy Nexus.
I think it depends on the server where you are downloading from.
In this particular case it seems to be google play.
Are you using any apps to get to the market? I know people from outside of US are using them.
