THANKS A LOT!
Finally have resolved problem with non-connecting to PC on Samsung Tab 3 SM-T210.

Can someone who has tried these please verify that these are the latest [virus free] Samsung drivers??
Thanks!

Solution to connection problems
Well if you are in trouble trying to connect your Note to you pc using Win7 and it says MTP device driver failed or something related to that try to go to Device Manager, search for MTP area that should probably with a yellow triangle with ! inside and click where it says update controller-> search software controller on pc -> choose from controller list and then it should appear MTP controller in a small list. click on it, install it and you're device will be connected.
I did it with my Note 2 although i know this forum is from Note3 this is a common problem os the Note family.
Press Thanks if i helped somehow.

Windows 8 Drivers ?

Hello,
It seems that my Desire S is not recognized by Windows 8, even if I have installed the latest HTC package... Anyone already had a Desire S working with Windows 8 ?
Thanks !
Did you try running the program in compatibility mode? Not sure if it's still there in Windows 8
Well the drivers are successfully installed, but the DesireS is not recognised in device manager.

I have noticed the same problem, and this is the first place that I have seen anything posted. I tried to email HTC about it but I haven't received a reply yet, but that was three weeks ago now so I don't expect much.
Have you had any luck yet?
Have a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24487308

I found a fix for this... Follow these steps here:
j . gs / 1fF4
(Take out the spaces)
Then install your drivers like normal.
Let me know if this helped!

I'm in the same boat. Just got mine the other day.
I finally figured out why adb can't enumerate the tablet -- there's no USB driver! Obviously, there must be somewhere, but where?

FOLLOWUP: I think I found the product page from the original manufacturer: It's full name is PiPO P733 (S1) and is on pipo.com.cn. (I can't post a link because I don't have enough posts on xda).
I sent a quick email to them asking for a Windows 7 device driver for this tablet. I'll reply back to this thread when I hear back.

I attached the usb driver that I received from my vendor, LightInTheBox.com. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. Maybe you'll have better luck.
After that, PiPO sent me to instructions to flash the ROM: (URL Removed because I don't have enough posts. If you need this, PM me, and I'll send it to you.)
On the PiPO page, you'll find links to the RKBATCHTOOL which handles the update and a link to the page for the firmware.
Please note, that the updated firmware didn't fix my issue either. It did, however, allow me to use the Chrome browser. (Chrome crashed with the original firmware.)
~Ron
P.S.: salllyna: I'll send the URL to you via PM.

Pipo smart S1 driver
You can download a program called moborbo, install it in your PC, Connect your Pipo tablet through the USB to your PC and then open the program and it will install the driver automatically. You can watch the tutorial video for this in youtube just open youtube and write on search Pipo Smart S1 RK3066 ROOT. Sorry, i can't put the url as am a new member. Hope it helps you
Just picked up a S1 last week and was looking around for rooting instruction for it. I ran into this website http://www.topnotchtablets.com/RK3066firmware which has the batch tool, some instructions and custom firmware. Haven't tried it yet, but I thought I would share. Should note that the custom firmware is supposed to have a fix for gameloft games!
Just picked up one of these this week but there doesn't seem much info on xda so i thought id share this -
