[Q] PC - Android Internet Sharing via Bluetooth ?

Hey everyone !
So here's the problem : I've got a Nexus 7 + Galaxy S2 I727R that I'd like to use at work. I could tether the connection from my S2 to my tablet and use that but I'm not on unlimited data plan. I also know I can share my PC connection via Bluetooth but that'd need a specific software to be installed, in the lines of stuff like BlueSoleil. Considering I have no admin rights at workplace, is there any alternative that would permit me to share the PC connection via a Bluetooth dongle without installing a software ? The BT dongle is detected AND installed via Windows 7 but there is no BT icons in the bottom-right corner and there's no built-in BT-software on the computer.
I did my research on the PortableApps forum, which would be a decent option but I can't seem to find anything...
Anyone had any luck sharing Internet over BT on a workplace PC ?
Thanks.
P.S : Remember, no admin rights.
Sorry you can't use a BT dongle without some sort of bluetooth software installed
Yes there are bluetooth dongles which are plug and play, which don't need installing drivers, see these ones for example
BLUETOOTH ADAPTER DONGLE PC LAPTOP-PLUG "N" PLAY - UK
Tiny Plug & Play Bluetooth 2.0 USB Dongle 100m range
Mini Bluetooth Dongle for Computers and Laptops - Plug N Play Transfer Files
Problem is all of them support Bluetooth 2.0 not 2.1+EDR, please advise and please help find a bluetooth dongle which is plug and play and is designed for bluetooth 2.1+EDR
Thing is, even with the bluetooth dongle working you won't be able to share Internet connection through ICS without admin rights. If anyone has a workaround on this, it would be appreciated!! I'd like to use my S2 more at work, but with 250mb / month it's left unused most of the day =/

Team Viewer
Install on pc and phone
Log in play music.
No usb just need data 3g/lte or wifi and pc must be on the internet.
You don't have to be connect to the same network just username and password will give you remote access to your pc and you can play music through you phone from your pc.

Remote control my android phone over wired-LAN

Hi,
I am a member of a lab where I can't enter with my phone (galaxy s10) for RF interference reasons.
I'd like to be able to use my phone from inside the lab when it's outside and even use it's internet connection.
What I do have in the lab is an Ethernet connection, and I have an ethernet adapter for my phone. The phone isn't rooted, I can't root it and don't want to root it. There's no internet access on the existing ethernet to the lab.
This issue bothers also my lab partners and we can't connect this lab to internet permanently.
my questions:
1. I'd like to remote control my phone over a PC (windows or linux) in the lab - is it possible to do this over LAN? I want to be able to access my whatsapp and Gmail, to know when I have a call etc... (like mstsc in windows, but to control an android)
Airdroid remote control doesn't work because my phone isn't rooted and it can do this only by USB...
2. Assuming that I put an ethernet switch where my phone is left, and me and my friends connect our phones to the switch, Is it possible to use the android's built-in ethernet tethering for each of us and use somehow directly the internet connection of our phone?
if you ask why, it's because we want a stable connection and not to rely on one friend's tethering.
a 4G dongle isn't an option (anyway, it's a switch, and putting a router is forbidden).
I know that the requirements are a bit strange, but this is the case.
Thank you for the help!
If phone's Android is rooted, and if phone has an appropriate Ethernet driver installed, and if phone is OTG capable, and if on phone the Ethernet app is installed, then you should be able to tether phone via LAN with computer.

Good idea. Is it only in the paid version of teamviewer?
Is there also another app that does it? I found somethink like apuppet, but I'm not sure it is what I need.
Thanks

Only to have said it: TeamViewer requires on both ends a vaild Internet connection to work, it's a wireless solution.

I think that it's also possible to work offline when connected to a LAN without interbet, but as far as I understand, it's only available in the full version of teamviewer for android.
