is there application for ntfs mount application otg for note 8 working without rooting the tablet.......?

I don't think so
I tried to do it, but just succeeded after rooting using Paragon exFAT, NTFS & HFS+

[Q] Rooted xoom cannot see WD 1 TB passport drive

My new WD 1 TB cannot be mounted by my xoom. The file system is NTFS. Tried it powered by hub and powered by xoom. I get a error with Paragon NTFS and HFS+ " error code 1 fuse:mount failed: device or resource busy fuse mount error" how do I get around this?

Are you running stock ROM? NTFS is a closed format so it might be troublesome to get working unless you have stock support for it.
However there are a few hacks you can make to enable ntfs.

Easiest though is to format the drive as ext3 or ext4 (my preference). That will make the drive not regognized by windows though :/

has anyone been able to have WRITE access to an NTFS sdcard using the meenova on the nexus5?
i can read and mount the drive but cannot write to it, works fine on my older acer tablet(write access)
maybe the nexus5 or KK4.4 android o/s doesn't support write access with NTFS?

hello everyone...
I bought galaxy note 3 and install stick mount and paragon ntfs&hfs and ntfs mounter and busybox app and install usb stick plugin for total commander...
but still i have a problem with ntfs format and immediately i connect otg cable with device with ntfs format ; note 3 will automatically safety remove the device and i can't access the information in device with ntfs format...
howw can i solve this problem???

stock rom and i don't want to install custom rom...
and so i don't want to convert ntfs to fat32...

cant mount ntfs drive andriod 4.4 rc2 x86
