Bro
In res/layout/navigation bar.xml
Try changing the dip value of the buttons.instead of 70 do some testing with 60 or 80dip
Thought I would have a go too thanks for adding the guide  changed some of the nav icons too, but might change the layout again though

Sure. You just need to decompile both my SystemUI and the one from @tr1gg3r84, copy the % battery images and the stat_sys_battery_charge.xml and stat_sys_battery.xml from tr1gg3r84s to mine, recompile, zipalign, done.
Or you can use the attached file, if you want different battery images download them then it's just simple matter of dragging and dropping them in to the drawable-xhdpi folder (use STORE as the compression method) and replacing your new SystemUI with the one already on your Phone.
These are the ones I've used for the attached file...

The 2.9beta works, the only apk I've had issues with on 4.4.4 is the Phonebook, everything else is fine. The apktool folder I work with can be downloaded HERE

While Xposed is a great tool I think it's been a bit bitter-sweet for xda because People no longer have to learn how to mod.
I flashed it with recovery, but nothing's changed.
Can someone help me and tell me what am I doing wrong?

I understand this situation does happended on VAGreen theme due to the Extended Power Menu from OverCome Firmware. With the normal Power off, the menu has only 4 items, but with the OverCome, it has another 3 extra items (Boot, Recovery & Download).
Please take a look at this theme again & I think, it needs to be modified (a little bit) to work with Overcome firmware.
Thanks.

That is just a mockup and not an actual screenshot.
You could try decompiling or using a CM12 Theme (not sure if a theme would be able to do it yet since it's fairly restricted at this point and I'm not sure what method is used to define the size).

Exactly. There's an Xposed module used for modding the status bar icons, but of course that wont work on Lollipop. If there's another app that makes it possible to mod the icons, then it probably wouldn't be too hard to do.

There are programs, that can do this. For example: Photoshop, Corel Photo-Paint, etc.
And no, it's not too hard.
Decompile Systemui.Apk edit icons via Paint/Photoshop. Then recompile.
Make a backup, systemui mods can cause bootloop.

You don't need to decompile. You can just rename .apk to .zip. Pull icons out, edit them and put them back. Rename .zip to .apk and you are done.
If you are using Total Commander, you don't even have to rename .apk to .zip an vice versa.
