My question is if i have a mtk 6572 processor all roms developed for that processor can run in my smartphone without matter that is developed for other smarthpone different to wich i have?

If you look at the specifications off videocon A52 it's quite similar to that of mmx a110.
A52 runs on android 4.2.
The device has been powered by dual core processors and 512 mb ram.but I was unable to verify the chipset of the device.
Moreover it's an Indian brand. So I strongly suspect it has a mediatek 6577 .
If it has the same chipset we could port android 4.2 from it.
Can anybody give a link or tutorial on how to port mtk 6589 ROMs.

Have you tried by Google, maybe you can find something.

Is there a tutorial or someone know how to port rom for mtk devices same chips but with different resolutions? I search and search here and the world wide web but to avail. Sample is my device is mtk 6592 with 540x960 qHD and i want to port mtk 6592 with 1280x760 HD or FHD? Is this possible? Thanks for any inputs.
