If you want stable and pretty fast stick with a touch wiz rom like clean rom or bonestock, if you want speed with a some bareable issues go aosp rom... Either way try em out is the only way you will know the answer to your question

no such..it really depends in your personal reference, roms are designed for gaming/mutitasking, stability, speed, etc, so it depends in your preference..you really need to try what you think is best for you..
