Do we have any method to charge the phone more faster?
Or any kernal or app can adjust the charging values which is for the HTC One?
For example, I think 'ExTweaks' is a useful tools for the Samsung Galaxy S3 users.

Hello everyone,
I'm here today to see if i can get any recommendation on a new phone as i will be upgrading my Samsung Epic 4G around June.
As of right now I have been looking into Galaxy II phones as I have gotten really fond of Samsung phones over iPhones.
I would like a keyboard but i can go without(if the phone supports swype though).
If possible a phone with a longer life as my phone dies very fast(only reason I'm leaning to a 4GS).
It has flexibility as in modding.
Overall i would like a fast phone and please no HTC phones.

Check out the Asus Padfone. LTE model should come out close to when you can upgrade.

I suggest you look at the cpu that comes with the phone, normally all your battery life goes there.

(Standby time vs Usage time)
And keep in mind that iphone standby battery drain is relatively same regardless on how many apps is installed.
Not for the case for android, thus you might prefer a cpu that can switch to low power mode when on standby, else you would need to rely on expanded battery.
Droid Razr Max. You will freaking love it. Battery life is amazing and if you use smart actions app that comes with the phone you will be amazed by the battery life.
Hello, we used to have the iPhone 3gs phones but now skyrockets, once u root them and run the custom rooms u find here they are fast have great battery life lots of storage and can do everything!

Is it possible to replace a battery of an imitation tablet like "Meiying m10" or "Technaxx Techtab"
because my battery is dead and not charging. I'm planning to replace the battery with the ones
which Samsung Galaxy Tab uses. There's is A shop here in my country that replaces battery only
for Samsung Galaxy Tab. The Question Is. Is it possible to use Samsung Galaxy Tab Battery for
Tablet with Rockchip 2918 board.
Here's my tablet in the Message Attachment [meiying.jpg]
After all the output charger is the same both charger are equivalent 5v and 2000mah
Thanks
well if you want to switch the battery, make sure the voltage is the same or it won't work.
It is generally not recommended to use a battery that is meant for a different device EVEN if the voltage is the same. It is better to get a replacement battery specifically made for your tablet

Technically speaking your right for most of the branded device must have a specific battery but not for this china made or the imation they do accept substitution.
Hi Folks
I'm kind a annoyed about the x920ds battery life ... I think of replacing the battery. Found a few clips around the internet how to do. Seems not that difficult.
But now my question is, would it be possible to replace it with the Butterfly S battery? This one got 3200mAh, compared to stock 2020 mAh.
Ideas? Anyone maybe done this before?

I have no idea if it fits to butterfly. I would open a thread and saw yours. I just replaced battery and broken lcd of my device but i have an issue lcd sometimes stucks but i don't know if it is because of lcd or battery. Battery was empty when i attached it then started to charge. It shows 3 volts instead of 3.7v. Maybe it gets OK when fully charge. Do you have any idea about that?
Last, if you can hold screwdriver, you can easily replace battery but i don't take any responsibility about that. Or, if you wait, i will test my battery after a few days of charge-discharge cycle. Then inform you about battery life.

I connected my old battery and lcd was the same. So problem is not because of battery.
After first %100 charge; 4 hours youtube video took about %95 of battery, brightness full, wifi open, gsm is active.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Guess I'll get a regular Butterfly and a Butterfly S battery. So then I can compare in size, connector and stuff. Guess as long as Volt output is the same, it should work.
Help me
Hi Guys,
i need help or solution
i will change battery for my htc j butterfly, but so difficult to find this battery on my country (Indonesia), i asking you all, can i change this battery with other model like HTC M7 or like other models??
thanx guys for your answer
m7 => x920d
today i've changed my battery to m7 one. butterfly had voltage downshifts i knew that the battery was bad. it reduced voltage to 3.2v at street (~ -10-15 C°). It ist't normal and I decided to modify my butterfly with m7 battery that was left from m7 donor last year.
I tried to put it on like original one, but no success, the connector was not in it's place. I connected some wires to reach it. everything was ok except charging process, only 1% per one connect/disconnect interation. after that the battery blocked (! in tray). there was not enough comfortable and i decided to put original battery board to m7 bank. it was not so easy but finally i've got modified butterfly with m7 battery inside. i hope this modification will not make harm to my device in future. if that'll be some interesting news i'll let you know.

Problem is same with me..susah bnr nyari batre nya:crying:
so heres the problem i have 5, yes 5 batteries the one in the phone an original samsung extra, the samsung battery from my gti-9505 and 3 different 3rd party batteries two with the "samsung chip" in them. none of these but the battery that came with the phone work, i have spoken with friends and tested there phones and the only phone in the S4 line with this issue is the gt-i9507. you don't even need the chipped batteries with the s4 gt-i9505. (not sure why). now i'm quite upset after paying the full fee for a replacement battery on the samsung website only to find that the phone has made its mind up that it will not accept 3rd party batteries or even for that matter samsung batteries provided by the official samsung store see. they have been extremely unhelpful. with the battery sent my s4 will not even power on, where as my friends s4 gt-i9505 boots first time every time. if anyone knows a way to force the phone to use the battery it would be very helpful
Tried all of that and charged each on in the phone for 48 hours + with 2 different wall chargers as well as a usb charger
Flashed a rom and boom fixed
