My device Nexus 5 16 gb with android 4.4.2kitkat all stock.The problem is that the phone itself is locked in any application such as now when I write a message has to press several times to unlock. Please do a full reset. And it worked fine but when put a couple of programs namely program premium widgets then the phone started again blocked.Than you in advance!

Sounds like it's an issue with the premium widgets app.

That is strange what even after I deleted application a problem didn't disappear.

I tried to use "Broadcast" feature of WhatsApp using my ChaCha.
I was able to write the message but I was surprised that I couldn't click the send button and it's not even highlighted.

I reset my phone when unlocking the bootloader (SXS), only to find out I lost the app since it got deleted off Google Play.
The interwebs have turned up APK-less.
Gah, if only I had backed up ALL my apps before resetting.

I've seen the same on another device, asus memopad hd7 and the
site was weather forecast. Just minutes after I updated chrome. So
far, I assume it is just pop up.

I pity a true newbie that follows your "instruction" without realizing that it was sarcasm
I'm on stock 5.1 Lollipop (Rooted) and I have a problem with some apps like for instance instagram, When you open the app and scroll up fast and reach the top, it suddenly scrolls down by itself
Here is a video: http://goo.gl/AjfFX7, people on 5.1 Lollipop can try it out and see if they have that problem too.
I also made a bug report over at Google Code
