I have installed on my galaxy tab2 p5100 the omnirom 4.4.2.
It works good but I can't install .apk application from SD.
Is it a ROM bug or I'm wrong in something?

No, I don't have the check. I tried also to put the check on but It doesn't work again...
You could sideload through adb. There are plenty of tutorials on using adb with and without the development kit.
Yes, i can try with adb. Bit it is normal that the .apk istallation doesen't work with stock file manager?

I have the same problem sometimes too, its Android's fault not Omni/CM's. Try using a alternative file manager to install apk's like this one or this one

Yes! It is. I installed ES File explorer and the .apk apps work good. So the problem exist only with "stock" file explorer.

Don't extract. Save it on SD card. Go in CWM, install it and reboot phone. After reboot phone follow the instructions.
Before uninstall Google Play.

Here you go, i've made one, one thing to notice however (goes for everybody using this mod) is that the right name of the file is SystemUI.apk where I after U is a capital letter. Otherwise this modified system won't replace the old one and the mod will not work.

Today I tried to flash kitkat framework to my samsung galaxy s3 (shv-e210s) phone. I download framework and try to flash it with odin. But odin not flash framework to my phone. (Look attached picture) Then I disconnect my device from pc. After I turn on my phone it worked normally. my phone not upgraded or damaged...!!! Please anyone help me how to flash framework to my phone???
