ATTENTION! It is possible that you might brick your phone. Do it on your risk!
Special thanks to @rua1 for helping me make it work.
Required Utilies:
MTK Droid root and tools - http://www.solidfiles.com/d/fd9c7bf85f/Mtk_DroidTools.rar
ADB Usb drivers - http://ge.tt/2yL21VT/v/2
Make sure "USB debugging" is enabled in the Developer options in your phone settings before you initiate ANY of this.

where is the link for recovery.img file??
It reads the stock recovery.img file and replaces it with a CWM Recovery.img file. The recovery is for most of the MTK6589 chipset processors, and fortunately supports this device as well.
Give it a try. It works. I own the same phone.

When i try to boot into recovery
boot logo flashes and blank screen???
Erm, I don't know why that ain't working for you.
I bricked my phone yesterday. Unbricked it, but I lost the recovery. So I flashed this same file via Flashify. And it's working for me.

How did you solved the problem?
I searched for other phones with the same chipset. Mt6589, that is.
Looked up for recoveries of those phones. And then tried it on Xolo Q3000. There was a possibility that I might brick my phone, more than successfully flashing the recovery. But well, I had to try it. Because I needed it.
Successfully flashed it.

Here is the CRT/Fade Animations on screen on/off made by me.
There are flashable zips for both variants of the phone. Download and flash the right one for your version via CWM/TWRP and wipe cache, then reboot.
If you want to include this mod into your ROM just credit me.
Only for I9105 and I9105P on the latest stock deodexed Android 4.2.2.

Hmm. I have i9105 just like you. But this effect works at me. It's not stock services.jar, I'm absolutely sure. I've compared file from zip and file from my phone, they're absolutely the same.
Try to use terminal commands:
Code:
su
setprop persist.sys.screen_off crt

I downloaded my zip, unpacked modified services.jar, calculated MD5 sum, then I calculated MD5 sum of services.jar on my phone where the crt effect works and MD5 sums are the same, so the files are absolutely the same. zip and services.jar are valid.
So.. There is problem with Bilal.

I think he uses older version of 4.2.2. I took services.jar from the latest version of 4.2.2 for I9105 (PDA part - I9105XXUBML1).

In (nearly) every every case the kernel is adapted to a specific version of Android. The Android version itself has to be suitable for your phone. Kernel and ro can also have some other requirements as a specific firmware/bootlader installed.
In every case you can root your mobile with this app --> ERoot even its posted under Sony's.
The more popular a phone is the higher is the chance that some people develop custom Roms/Kernels for it. In case you got some phone not that spreaded, it can be hard to get custom developments for it. Actual i cant't find any custom rom/kernel for the A24.
BUT
no need to worry as the root acces itself really brings a lot of improvements. One of my favourites is the XPosed framework which will grant you acces to about 300 different "modules" for changing/improving settings on every Android rom and also grant you a great skinability. Most features you find in custom roms are implented in "XPosed modules" too. Once you're rooted you also can install Google Play and the even better F-Droid store.
I have already rooted my device

I won't waste your and my time in writing such a long post. Here's what you need to replace from stock to rom to port to make the ROM bootable in Micromax Unite 2 A106:
Replace these files from Stock 4.2.2 ROM or any working ROM to the ROM Which you want to port.
/System/bin/pq
/System/bin/vold
/System/lib/libcamalgo.so
/System/lib/libcamdrv.so
/System/lib/libcameracustom.so
/System/lib/libdpframework.so
/System/lib/libsensorservice.so
/System/lib/libsync.so
/System/lib/libvcodecdrv.so
/System/etc/apns.conf.xml
/System/etc/vold.fstab
/System/etc/vold.fstab.nand
/System/usr/Keylayout/Generic.kl
Delete the following folders in the ROM:
/System/vendor/
/System/lib/hw
/System/lib/modules/
/System/bin/WiFi
/System/Bin/Firmware
Now add these folders in the ROM:
/System/lib/modules
/System/lib/hw
/System/etc/wifi
/System/etc/firmware
/System/vendor
Finally replace stock boot.img with the one to port! Now ZIP it and flash.
If there is an audio bug, then simply replace all "libaudio" files in /System/lib.
If there is a bug of screen rotated to 180 degrees then add this line in build.prop: "ro.sf.hwrotation=180" or change "ro.sf.hwrotation=180" to "ro.sf.hwrotation=0".
