GALAXY S4 LAUNCHER v3 (JB)(Port)
This is my first mod. I have modified our touchwiz launcher to look like Galaxy s4's launcher. Hope u like it
V3 CHANGES:
1.The home icon is changed.
2.The menu icon is changed.
3.The delete widget animation is changed.
4.super smooth

see the widget delete icon,compare it with the orignal.u will see the difference

Then just try xposed and see if you can do it by yourself or wait for someone with more knowledge to help you(like a developer)

This needs enabling tablet UI which is Deeply removed by google in kitkat
There has been some efforts to enable it using code ports, read here:
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/tablet-ui-kitkat/
this just works for some aosp roms and of course Touch wiz is not supported.

I'd like to have bottom toggles.

Try some rom. you can choose this bottom toggles ( same as alliance rom , audax etc)

Tweaked ROM is so far ahead of the competition. Or if your feeling lucky read #3 section of the op and flash it up.

The bottom toggles mod theme ? Yeah I've already tried it but it interfered with my full transparent theme so I took it off. Are you running Tweaked Rom 3.55 by any chance?

For better result, disable mi tools before flashing this zip.
