[Q] HELP! Setting up asterisk sever with google voice on amazon EC2

Hello Everone,
I'm new to XDA forums and I was trying to enable an asterisk sever with google voice on amazon EC2 but I'm having difficulty understanding some of the guides on the forums. Like this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2126964&page=2 If someone could please give me a extreme step by step instruction on how to set it up so that I can use a G729 codec with my google voice number I would greatly appreciate it.
