[Q] Question about posting in development section

Hello, I have an Arc with BL unlocked and rooted. Today i go on CM7 using {ARC/ARC S}[DEVELOPMENT] - CM7.1.0 - FXP041 FreeXperia Project post in development section.
All go fine at the first try, awesome ROM and great job from the team FXP. When I try to reply the thread to thanks the Team for the ROM and tell them that I am very grateful, hallucinated and excited with the release the forum says to me that i can´t post in that section because i am a new user :S. Also I can read that maybe I need to post 10 times in other forums before posting development section. I don´t want to troll forums for posting in development section. Someone knows a solution for my problem?
I don´t know where I should post my problem, so I choose Q&A section. If I am wrong please take the liberty of moving it.
P.D.: Sorry for my English.
The solution would be to make use of the "THANKS" button, which was made exactly for the purpose to stop thanks posts.
Read the hints for new users, it recommends you to ask questions here and also answer questions here, none of it would be trolling. 10 posts isn't that much

ICS tester here!

kindly send me msg if you have something to test(new release, apps etc) for i9003 for free! its because i use it also, might as well help ....hehehhe
which lead me to wonder if we have bugtracker of some sort(yeah i read threads for i9003 custom roms and noticed the bugs are reported in those threads)
You had to create a NEW THREAD for this?
You could have just posted it at the ICS CM9 or ICS MIUI thread?!
i would if i was allowed to post in dev section ...

Don't be so mean, if there's a qna thread for ics point him to it, no need to tell him off. Its a general thread, I've seen people post threads called 'official off topic thread's with it stickied and 'general thread here!'. I don't know if there is a qna for ics, if I would I would point it to him.

an easy way to do it would be for OP to get the files he wants and start testing, while browsing the forum and commenting appropriately on things they have questions about, etc. since I've heard there's a 10 post minimum before posting in the dev section, I'm sure reading around will help give them an idea how the forum works, and help the apparently unavoidable NOOB FLAME when questions are asked inappropriately. that may be part of the reason for the posting limit, you know
so, cyborg5, why not get those files, install, and read around a bit while taking notes of things you find in testing, and when you reach 10 posts you'll be able to provide feedback in the appropriate place?
thanks.. ive installed this port for 2 weeks now..problems i found were already posted, so to be safe..i didnt repost..and i also found this(tester call in irc)

Hi
I am sorry to come here and spam this forum.
It takes 10 post to get into a developers section to ask an question and I do not have very much questions to ask other than matters of SailfishOS.
I hope not to get too much spanking here until my 10 posts are done and get rights to ask something that matters :crying:

Hi there,
Please read the thread bellow related to your question:
Postcount limit in developmental fora
If you have some problems to report about some ROM, please use the thread opened in the Questions&Answers forum for your device (you don't tell us what device you own)
Good luck
My attempt was to get a question thrown to this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-7/development/rom-sailfish-os-alpha-t2859817
Asking about Sailfish OS ROM for Nexus7 3G model (tilapia).
But then, I cannot or I should not post there since it is a developer section.
I'll guess this is the more appropriate place to ask a question.

By the way. Thanks for the guidance. After reading a bunch of guides, this huge site became more understandable. I have been reading this site for years but now is the first time when it seems that there is not a ready answer for a question.
