Im having a problem while receiving a call, half of the screen turns black, and I cant get it back to normal, I even did a factory reset, but the problem persists...
Can anyone help me with that??

After unlocking my phone with ChevronWP7 and now my screen goes black during a call and is unusable. The connection is fine, but its like my proximity sensor is doing its job even when the phone is away from my face. I checked and there is nothing physically blocking my sensor. I have to wait for the other person to hang up, then my phone shows the lock screen. I did a reboot but this didn't fix the problem. I don't know if this is device specific but I'm running an HTC HD7 without the software update. Here's everything I did after the unlock:
Prevent my phone from relocking:

And lastly installed a couple custom ringtones.
Unfortunately, I can't say after what step this started happening as I didn't get a call until I was all done.
Anyways, If anyone as had this same issue or a possible way to fix it without a hard reset, I'd sure appreciate some help.

the problem is in your sensor.....it's hardware related problem and have nothing to do with software, use your warranty to fix it

I'm having a problem... No matter what I'm doing, when someone is calling my screen is black and stays this way for about 4-5 seconds until the calling screen display where I can reject or accept call...
Ideas or someone else having the same issue?
Running CM7 by psyke but with the original Orange ROM had the same issue as well...
Hi guys, I've a problem with my HTC HD2.
When I make or receive a call the screen turn off and I can't do anything, I can't use the speakerphone or keypad, nothing at all.
If I want to close the call I must unlock the phone and hang up by navbar.
I've searched on web and I found many thread in relation to my problem; I've tried many solutions to resolve it but failed.
I've also disabled the light and proximity sensor but it didn't work. The problem still remain.
I've forgot to say that I changed the main flex and the display of my HD2 because the originals was damaged. Until now I never had any problem, it all started with the new pieces.
I tought that if the sensors were damaged the screen shouldn't become black when I answer or when I start a call, am I wrong?
Another thing, I've just inserted headphones in the phone and made the call from another device: the screen remains on and I can use all the commands without any problems. What could be the problem?
I hope someone can help me to find and resolve it.
Ps: I apologize if there are mistakes in my english but it isn't my mother tongue.

I've got a problem with the screen on my OPO. As you can see on the pictures, all icons and text is double. It's almost like a shadow on everything.
I've tried to install new firmware(CM11s, CM12, ColorOS) and new Recovery and resetting the phone but nothing helps.
The phone is working fine and I have no problems pressing the icons or typing a text.
I'm already in contact with my dealer and they say it's a hardware problem and I have to sent it back(Warranty).
But I'm not quite sure that it's a hardware problem, that's why I'm asking here.
Anybody experienced something similar???
Hi all,
I have a major problem with my honor v10, a few months ago my fingerprint sensor button stopped working for no reason, but now I just use the navigation bar.
3 days ago all of a sudden I could not accept incoming phone calls at all, when I get an incoming call the dialer screen does not show up at all, I get a green banner along the top of the screen saying "touch to return to incoming call" I touch that and nothing happens....
I have tried everything possible to fix this to no avail, I even did a factory reset and that did not work....
Has anyone experienced this and any ideas on how to fix it? I'm guessing it is a software problem?
