In light of so many leaks of personal data, I decided to see what was happening on my phone for fun:
I used Network Connections App, which shows the user what connections are active on Android.
It turns out Google's System application called Security Storage is connecting to a Porn site url place holder, which redirects to another real porn site.
WTF??!?!?!?!
I'd recommend checking out this app for yourself.:good:

hahahahha good catch
Cloudfront is Amazon's AWS content distribution network so really this is a non-event, many things could equally have resolved to that address.
Could that be any ads in apps that trigger the connection ? There must be something had triggered it.
I guess an app was trying to store something to your phone and that security storage just responding to it.

As a fan of http://sendtab.com, I waited patiently for them to announce an Android app. Then I waited impatiently. Then I took it upon myself to write one.
This is a third-party app to integrate with SendTab, a "cloud" which allows you to send your browser tabs to and from multiple devices. What's different between this and Android to Phone, 2Cloud, and others is that you can register multiple devices and choose which one should receive the link. It's bidirectional and device-agnostic.
It's a free app, but I do have advertising turned on to recoup my Market registration fee. Though I doubt that will ever happen, LOL. XDA people know how to block that, if you don't like it.
If you like this app, please rate it. If not, please let me know. There are many improvements to be made, but I won't bother if nobody cares.

Locatr is a totally free anti-theft app I wrote that focuses on being easy to use and lightweight. It works through a web browser. It has features like Device Location, Device Tracking (Email notifications of device movement), Play Ringtone (Override silent settings and play ringtone at max volume), Remote Wipe and more. It can also do remote password sets and resets. Each account can manage multiple devices. It's the only app I'm aware of that does all this, completely for free, with no adds. Should be great for XDA users who generally like the stock Android theme, and free things.
This is my first app, so I'm interested if you fine folks could give me some feedback.
Download Locatr and find your phone or tablet for free on Google Play - (Requires Android 2.3.3+ and GPS)

Users love having tons of mobile cloud storage, almost every major cloud service gives away 5-20GB of space away for free, just for signing up. However the native apps for each of these providers are permissions greedy (access to Contacts, retreiving PhoneID and #, getting all Accounts on device, access to Bookmarks...etc). In addition to requesting a users personal information, they also run constantly in the background and consume battery life.
Cloud Drives attempts to resolve the privacy issue (it requests minimal permissions), and has no power-hungry background processes. Also, no login information is requested, you login directly to the Cloud provider. For enhanced security, a PIN Lock feature is available so only trusted users can access the app once logged in.
Available on Google Play search 'Cloud Drives evda'

I don't know if you guys are encountering the same difficulty as I with certain apps, the problem in the case is that they only connect to the data mobile and Wi-Fi just do not work. I saw that the problem also occurs in One + and some Pixel, all with the Pie version.
After a long time trying to solve the problem, trying everything, formatting everything, trying on different Wi-Fi networks, and nothing worked.
The applications I had a problem with were: Netflix, Twitter, some websites, speed meters like SpeedNet, and so on ...
For now the only solution I found was using AFWall + firewall and disabling IPv6 for the entire system, the following link and configuration is below:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.ukanth.ufirewall
In the application preferences, in Rules / Connectivity leave it as it is in the screenshots
