Hello!!
Do you have an MTK device with no further updates and stuck on ICS? fear not! follow this guide and the JB easter egg will be yours!
This app is not developed by me
all the credits goes to iamareebjamal the one who made the guide and app originally
Instructions:
1)get the Framework.jar from your ROM
2)decompile the jar
3)go to /smali/com/android/internal/app/ and replace the PlatLogoActivity.smali with the one in the attachments
4)thats it! recompile it
5)download this app and push it along with framework.jar or create a flashable zip for both!
6)app should go in /system/app and and framework.jar to /system/framework
Click to collapse
Now go and enjoy the easter egg
I've already made this flashable zip for stockrom v2 of micromax a89 so people who want to try it can download stockv2_JB_easter_egg.zip from attachment and flash it via recovery!

Thanks but not working in Xrecovery v0.3 even installation completed
Thanks for sharing
I flashed in donutHD2.2.8JellyBean. Installation completed but wallpapers Not There. However, i got it Fixed. Hope ya don't mind, I posted method below for DonutHD users in case can't get these wallpapers work. Cheers
If not working in xrecovery
use ROMtoolbox or rootexplorer to do these steps
1)Get XperiaWallpapers.apk and WallpaperPickers.apk and move them to directory system>app ( i got these both apks from X10S)
2)Download the zip and extract folder like this format:
customization>content>sonyericsson>wallpaperpicker
3)Move the folder to your SDCard and get rootbrowser from ROMtoolbox (or anything that can lead you to system folders directories) to move that folder to directory system>etc. Paste it there.
4)Check your Xperia Wallpapers, will get those jellybean wallpapers.
Done and worked in X10 DonutHD2.2.8 Jellybean
Hope helps

This Post shouldnt be in Development section......It should in Q & A Forum.....PLease check where to post next time buddy...
And TWframework is for Touchwiz ROM's..Not for JetMOD....And just flash jetmod again to solve issue....beware that APK modding will lead to this type of issues....Take backup before trying next time..

Theoretically it should work without a problem as no wiping is need.
Although backup just in case.
Try all.
Hey Dev,
The frameworks look awesome. I have downloaded all except Samsung. One doubt though. Can we try all one by one? Would that create any problem? If not, is there any specific instruction for applying the second mod over the first one?
TIA.:victory:

Yes ofcourse...
You can try all one by one.
Flashing one over another won't create any problem..
And yes no special way of flashing one over another.
Follow same procedure.
B/w good work @subhashdas..
but that windows one could have been better

Great work!
Thanks for this nice boot animation.
I downloaded a xperia lollipop boot animation, but the solution is wrong.
Is it easy to change the solution?
I have tried to change the solution in the desc.txt but it doesn´t work on the xperia L
Anyone with the skills might want to have a look at that?
It could be nice to have a Lollipop boot animation
it can be downloaded here:
