i hv samsung galaxy 5( gt-i5503)android 2.1 update-1... i dont know how to install rom...plz suggest me one rom for installing in detailed way

heyy guys.. am just a simple user.. .
i saw z-fusion mod for galax ace yesterday! wanna download and install it..
but i cant find a valid link for the cm10 its talking about..
so am just asking for a link of latest stable cm10 as specified if possible to be able to install that z-fusion mod.. :/

I also want to flash a custom rom on my gio.but i can't find a rom for my device(Shw m 290k) .already i want to get stock rom for olleh gio.bt unable to find as many gio users said.so if anyone can give a link for shw m290k please help

How to make..lidroid in grid..view i have..a galaxy star android version 4.1.2 i ported wanam's 23toggles..now i wamt to make it in grid .view how to do it? ? ? plz help ??
