Is there an accessible SD card slot?
Is there a micro SD input?
You would need to enable developer options by tapping the build number 7 times in settings.
Enable OEM unlock / USB debugging if avaialble, that is if the bootloader is not locked.
From there you would hook up a laptop and push firmware / rom / AP files via ODIN. You could also install TWRP via SD card while you are at it -- then you can load up whatever you wanted firmware permitting to the device.
