ok now open xposed fremwork and go to fremwork then hit install button and reboot
now download xperia xposed and install
as soon as installation completed you will get a notification " xposed modules is not active"
now click that notification which will drive you to exposed fremwork and then check mark the box and reboot
and you are done
now open xperia xposed and do the changes you want
now again open xposed fremwork
and go to fremwork there you will find soft reboot hit that and

all is done:victory:

Hello everyone! I make this tutorial for who want their navbar smaller or bigger then before without touching APKTool or similar. On this time, you didn't need any recovery installed (like ClockWorkMod Recovery or Team Work Recovery Project) or deodexed phone (it will work too on odexed phone), just a FULL ROOT ACCESS or unlocked bootloader phone. Follow the instructions carefully if you wanna change your navbar size right now!
Instructions
1. Download XposedInstaller.apk from here and install it.
2. Launch the Xposed Installer, go to the "Framework" section and click on "Install/Update"
3. Reboot.
4. Now, download Xperia V Mods module from here and install it (don't open it!).
5. Launch the Xposed Installer again and then go to the "Modules" section.
6. Enable Xperia V Mods module by checking the checkbox.
7. Reboot..
9. After your phone rebooting, open the Xperia V Mods app.
10. Choose "NavBar Height"
11. Voila! Now you can change your navbar size with EASY WAY! (mine is 36dip)

P.S : Sorry for my bad english.

Not working In galaxy tab2 3100
The Xposed framework has opened a ton of features and modules.
The latest Gravity Box module allows you to set the level of transparency for status, nav or both, on home and or lockscreen (along with a ton of other features). It allows you to set the Navbar height as well to any size.
Make sure to get the latest Xposed Framework from the download thread here and that you are rooted.
That's it.
I appreciate the hard work everyone does making separate files for transparent status and nav bar and heights, but with this, I see that as not needed anymore as users can install the framework and module and pick their own transparency level, height, etc and customize their ROM to their own content rather than making 50 different files for every level of transparency and heights.
Attached pic shows my transparent nav bar, status bar and smaller nav bar all simply done with Gravity Box.
FYI, I do have superuser mod 3.0 installed, and deodexed ROM, but xposed shouldn't rely on any of that and be fine with just root access.
Wowww Changes applied instantly, no need to reboot
Working like a Charm
Thanks for your info brother awesome tweaks working perfectly with looked bootloader :victory:
It made my day awsome!!
With this module, you can change your stock status bar to AOSP status bar without decompling or flashing..
Just i can say awsome.

Great app, just one question: Is there a way to replace the SONY buttons by the stock Android (jelly bean/kitkat) buttons in the nav bar?
Firstly, I would like to thank @Crytech to help me figure out how to make it work.
What is Themer?
It will transform your homescreen to something that is beautiful, functional, and designed to fit the way you use your phone. Just choose one of our many free themes from the in-app browser and press apply. We have sports, sci-fi, nature, minimalism, movies, music, and games. Dozens of themes to choose from and more added daily. Based on the Android theming website, MyColorScreen.com, Themer does all the hard work for you, setting up wallpaper, widgets, and icons in one click.
Let's get started
NOTE:
*Themer app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycolorscreen.themer
*You need activation key to use themer.
*You need to be on stock ROM with stock system Ui. Otherwise this method won't work. (No custom ROM, like CnT)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You need to get full root. (Skip if already rooted) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2302700
2. You need xposed installer. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
3. You need Gravity Box Module. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2316070
Method:
1. Open Xposed installer.
2. Got to Framework and click on 'Install/Update' (Don't reboot yet)
3. Go to Modules and tick Gravity Box (Don't open it yet)
4. Go back to Framework and click on reboot. (You'll manually have to turn the phone on)
5. After reboot, got to Xposed installer -> Modules -> Gravity Box.
6. Open 'Navigation bar tweaks'.
7. Change 'Navigation bar height' (Both portrait and landscape orientation) to exactly 75%.
8. Reboot the phone.
9. Open themer now and select any theme you'd like.
10. ENJOY

Well you already must have have small nav bars or modded ones.
Maybe, if you replace the system ui with stock one or unmod the nav bar to the earlier state, it'll work.
Also, as @Crytech told me, it might only work on pure stock.
