[Q] HTC EVO 3D X515m DOESN'T UPDATE

Hi, I've bought a HTC EVO 3D X515m .
My software actually is:

"Settings --> About phone --> Software updates --> Check now"
to search for updates it says "There are not updates available for your phone"
I've tried run some RUU to restore a default software, but none hasen't worked. Appears "error [155] incorrect image" :

What can I do? I would like restore the phone to default sofware settings in order to have my phone in factory settings.
I think my phone can't update because have an incorrect ROM (or I don't know, I don't know what to do). Why my phone can't get updates? I know this phones automatically updates to:

I have tried to unroot my phone, but the PG86IMG.zip (I've tried with a lot of different files) file doesn't work when I store it in the root of SD Card.

[Completed] [Q] BIG problem with my HTC ONE S-ON android 4.2.2

Hello guys ! So i will try to keep this short but i have to give you all the details regarding my problem. I was an iOS user for almost 4 years but now i switched to Android. I currently own an HTC One M7 (since july 2014). The phone was brand new and came with android 4.4.2 installed. Recently (2 weeks ago) i updated my phone to 4.4.3. Everything was just perfect. But then i found out about rooting and all the endless modifications so i said i should give it a try. I rooted my phone (and unlocked the bootloader) and installed TWRP 2.6.3.0. Now it gets a little bit more complicated. I tried to turn the S-OFF but couldnt do it and entered in TWRP (by mistake i guess) . From there i had the urge to format everything and i formated even the OS. Thing is after that my phone was bricked. Couldn't connect it at the computer (Linux or windows no matter what i tried the phone wasn't recognised by any PC). So i grabbed an OTG cable and managed to install an operating system named "Guru_Reset_M7_2.24.161.1.zip" from an RUU collection . So i finally managed to install an OS onto my phone and i was happy that my phone wasn't bricked anymore. But then i realised i downgraded to 4.2.2 and the OS is pretty crappy. Besides the WIFI is not working properly all the time , the camera doesn't start and cannot update to 4.4.3 . I have to mention that i don't have any recovery saved or backup. Now i tried to lock the bootloader and gain the S-OFF again but couldn't do it. The thing is i can't enter in recovery , i can't install a custom ROM on my phone and cannot update to the latest (4.4.3) stock htc one android. I need your help because i don't know what to do anymore. I tried to gain S-OFF with rumrunner , moonshide and revone and still no luck. My phone is now recognized by my PC and i can enter the adb devices from command prompt so i guess that is a good thing. But the bad thing is that i can't enter in recovery (it just gives me a black screen with a red triangle and an exclamation sign). I am pretty much a noob but i learned alot about android in the last 3 days. Please help me because i don't know what to do anymore i feel drained exhausted and sad. I just want a normal OS that can run properly on the phone and use my camera and WIFI at maximum capacity. If i can't run a custom ROM at least help me to revert back to stock and get updates for my OS. Thank you for listening !!

[Completed] [Q] How to Root Brand new HTC ONE X+ UNLOCKED AT&T WORLD PHONE (64G, Quad core)

I'm an owner (past 2 years) of an HTC One x (AT&T) which has all the HTC/AT&T updates (at least until they stopped). I decided to purchase the above mentioned Cell phone (more memory), and needs to be pointed in the right direction. Based on what I read in the many forums related to rooting the phone, I'm overwhelmed with info. At this point I'm not even sure what I have for a phone. Like I said, looking to be pointed in the right direction. In opening bootloader this is what the brand new phone is telling me:

The phone is new, out of the box, with no simcard installed. I'm already on AT&T (carrier) and intend to stay, at least for the moment. I do understand the "unlocked" is just for carrier, not the phone. Looking to be pointed in the direction to answer the following questions
1) Can I root this phone? 1A) Can I do it without a simcard? Then I'm looking to update Android version, and simply take my existing Simcard from old phone and install in the new. Finally transfer all from old phone to new.
You all do such great work, so I do feel a bit dumb in requesting guidance. I do hope I provided enough info for you to assist me. Thanks in advance for your help

I found an OTA notification for upgrade Android 7 2.18.617.1. However, after downloading and preparing for install, the A9 noted that it cannot be installed due to modified the OS....
I also try to download the 2.18.617.1 from official website of HTC and install, however, it noted that the software is not compatible with the A9.
Can you help?

[Completed] My HTC E8 is stuck on the boot screen after OTA Asia_TW_3.07.709.1_R-2.33.709.9

I need assistance with my HTC e8, I have been using an iphone forever and only decided to try android for the first time.
The phone came with android 4.4.2, i downloaded lollipop RUU version 2.33.709.3 and then downloaded the following OTAs:
1. lollipop 2.33.709.6 - 2.33.709.3
2.lollipop 2.33.709.9 - 2.33.709.6
3. marshmallow 3.07.709.1_R - 2.33.709.9
my phone got stuck in the htc one boot screen when i applied the marshmallow update and I am totally clueless.
my phone specs is as below:

I have no android experience as I this is my first android phone.
