I want to use the app Boot Manager on my Milestone/Droid 2. Normally it should work, but when I start it says unsupported Device and I should insert the information manually. But I dont know the information.

Boot manager doesnt support stock rom u have to be on gb kernel custom rom like cm7 or ics 4 as phone rom

You should have aosp custom rom with purchased boot manager app internet connectivity for license verification needed then app will go further.

We have kernel sources but we need android sources so i think its difficult to get cm im not sure about it.

No it is impossible for now to get CM.
Because android framwork sources are missing. And the most important one is RIL if someone manages to boot cm it will be of no use.
