Terminal emulator - HTC One SV

Can someone tell me the commands for terminal emulator to copy the boost apn and htclibril files to my ext sd then paste back into there respective locations.
Sent from my C525c using xda app-developers app

the apns are wrote into the frameworks app....I think....in the form of an
.xml file
you'd have to decompile the apk or jar, I can't remember, then recompile it with the new apns.....
then just install using any root explorer and setting correct permissions.....
the RIL files, I have no ideas on this

Its in the framework-res.apk

And if you are planning to change the apn/xml file and then recompile it in regards to the port Rom - then a heads up that the port Rom already comes with that modification

If using a deodex clean Rom for our device, then just grab the apk and odex files from the port and deodex it - though if you wish to do all of this from scratch, then I say go for it. Good learning experience to get your hands dirty lol.

@rickberg
When you decompile the app, you will find it here:
/framework-res.apk/res/xml/apn.xml
I want you to know though, that this will only really give you the ability to send and recieve text messages and what not. Doesn't fix the buggy calls on the port.

@Russelvone: thank you, I'm getting itchy with some things I want to try I'm waiting for my new pc to get back from my it guy I didn't know if there was a way to do it through the emulator or not
@moddingmymind: thank you, I'm taking it your saying the lib file is in that location as well
Sent from my C525c using xda app-developers app

@Modding.MyMind that was my plan so this post is closed lol both of those files are already in your base Rom.
Sent from my C525c using xda app-developers app

No, elsewhere. But I believe it is ril and baseband related.

No problem. Will work for odex, deodex, frameworks, etc, etc. Its a very nice tool. Just unzip it. Place it on the root of your internal sdcard. Go inside the apktool folder and you will see the app. Click it, install it, and voila. Do not delete the contents on the sdcard (they are required).

You should check out services.jar (deodex). May be interesting.

[Q] [HELP] Computer doesn't detect Android! Can't root!

Anyways, When I first got it, I put the sim card in, activated, etc.. then I hooked it up to my computer. A few drivers installed okay but 1 of them. The MT6515 driver. I tried to go ahead and root see if I could do the root process without that driver but I can't. Nothing will work, tried SuperOneClick, SRSRoot, Androot, OneClickRoot, root program by Bin4ry, etc. And they all told me the same thing. "No Adb Drivers Found" and it has always been occuring not allowing my phone to be recognized. I checked the device manager and it looks like this:
I can't find anything corresponding with that driver. Everything i've tried has failed. I don't know what else to do. Take note this is a new phone.
I wasn't aware of the model/make of the phone because it's an Unlocked Android 4.0 with an AT&T sim card and 4GB internal space.
What..phone is that second install the correct drivers for your phone and make sure its in debugging mode

Say's its a Galaxy Grand. but i'm not sure as the phone has no labels on it besides the android logo.
and I installed many drivers to try and solve this but none of them worked. Just that MT6515 driver and Android Composite adb interface is whats giving me the most hell right now The phone is also in debugging mode.
Could be a knock off phone:/ but also superone click doesnt work for 4.0 look up bi4ary and try that it should root your phone

I'd hope it's not a knockoff.. :\
but anyhow, heres the results when I did the root with restore by bin4ry
To install adb drivers simply download PDANET it will install drivers for you... search for pdanet in Google and download it then install it, at one stage it will ask you to select device manufacturer select others, then connect your phone with USB debugging enabled it will install the adb drivers automatically.
Hit thanks if I have helped you.

Alright, I installed PDA net, but I also had some errors in the process. Take a look.
I'm getting alot of errors, I tried to install it on the phone but it say "Your carrier isn't supported" which ment straight talk took it off the listing. I had to download FoxFi with pdanet instead. PDAnet on my desktop gives me the error still asking me to put my device in debugging mode and it is! I was sure! i've changed ports for the usb and everything.
I checked around on my pc and got these:
I dont think it installed my drivers, pdanet detects my phone but it just gives me an error saying its not in debugging mode. and it is.
I also tried the root process again with bin4ry and it didn't work. got the same error.
Yes, when I purchased this this was an unlocked phone. Unlocked meaning it could be used with any carrier. Not rooted.
Ok now the foxfi is for wifi tether but its reading your phone as adb..try looking up the adb drivers for your phone putting it at desktop and go back to where it says the drivers aren't installed and manually put the ones you downloaded for your device on and it should work

Tbh I've spent DAYS searching for drivers and none of them have worked. I've went through so many installs you wouldn't believe.
And what is storagemode? I don't know if I've done that.

This is one of the biggest issues with knock off phones. Most time they can never find drivers for it outside of some remote china based forums. You may want to have a look there.

LG G Flex Stock Image (Unroot) Needed badly

Hey all,
I need to file a warranty claim and no longer have the original backup to my g flex b/c my old hard drive died on my pc and I didnt have a backup of my backup.
Does anyone have an img or TOT file that I can use to reflash my ATT G Flex 2 back to stock (unrooted)?
Also, SuperSU doesnt help b/c when you unroot using it and restore the ROM, it reinstalls root so I need more of a permanent solution in case they try to restore it during the warranty claim process.
Most of the links that I am finding on here are dead...
Any help would be appreciated.
