Samsung Galaxy S4/ Note 3 - Clone - General Questions and Answers

Hello everyone!
I want to buy a clone phone because i don't want to waste my all money. I just have 200$ and i've decided to buy a Samsung Galaxy S4 or Note 3 clone. I founded a lot of clones..but i can't decide what to buy..and if this worth.
I saw that for 200$ you receive a pretty good clone. "Good" camera, nice performance and similar to the original phone, but it's just a clone.
Can anyone give me a good clone? I just want to use it like normal..phone calls, sms, internet, some applications and games. I think a Quad Core A7 is just enough for me and i know that Quad A7 is still good for 2014.
Thanks!

What about an alternative?
I know that i'm not very supportive, but don't waste your money on a clone, when there are excellent chinese genuine phones, wich are much better in terms of quality, performance, display, support and future firmware upgrades.
Try THL W200 (my first choise) , ZTE V987, or Lenovo S920.
Anyway, if you insist on having s4/n3 clone- there isn't very difference between models, so just follow the highest reviewed seller in Alixpress or similar website

[Q] UMI X2. Reliable?

I was thinking to buy a UMI X2 as the specs are really great but as its a chinese company I'm afraid it'll not last long. Any suggestions?
99% of the phones are produced in china. umi x2 has great quality like it's predecessor umi x1 that was great too.
there are others with the same mtk quad core chip but umi x2 seams to have better specs and it even has corning gorila glass (unlike iocean x7 for example). so it's very durable. also depending from where you buy you can get 1 year warranty. it works better then "non china" ones.
get it.
price is about 180$ from umi and stores will start to sell around 300$ which is a great profit margin so the price is likely to drop below 250$ in a few weeks/months.
it's also a common phone that will have great support and it can be rooted. imo it only lacks 4G but then it has dual sim where others with similar specs don't have.
antuntu benchmark is about 13k. for comparison galaxy s 3 has 16k. but then umi x2 has a full hd screen.
Dont think much buy, thats all its good,i saw its specs, Really great..
Go buy.....

They are really efforting to get their base operations up and running in the country and they are transparent about it !!
Well that's bothering me too!!!
specs are the most tempting in the phone, the best part is the pricing too!! best price value for money.
but before buying watt I personally look for is its support, I want the phone rooted!!!
ROM I can cook or port as it has same processor as canvasHD
but rooting and CWM needed, and also the hardware support, service centers also do matter
good to see a thread for this dynamite phone.
where as karbonn titanium s5 has no xda thread LOL

[Q] Mom-friendly phone: Jiayu G2 or Thl T5?

So...I'm going to buy a new phone for my mom to drag her into the 21st century and am looking circa the $100 pricepoint (edit: actually, i think the G2 is about 125 at the moment but you get the idea). The likely candidates so far are the Jiayu G2 (512MB RAM) and the Thl T5. Being a very happy owner of a G3T, I have some rather positive brand associations with Jiayu but I've also heard good things about Thl.
I realise one (the G2) is an older model with an older CPU but am wondering if anyone has any experience of the (budget-focussed) T5 so far? And if so, have they also had some hands-on with the G2 to be able to make a comparison? What's the build quality of Thl gear like?
One major concern is that newer phones are all using JB which is more RAM-hungry and in a phone with only 512, I'd rather run an older Android version. This is for my mother, she's not going to be super fussed about new features, keeping application compatibility etc. I also feel she'd probably appreciate a 4inch screen opposed to the 4.7 of the T5 so am currently leaning towards the G2. What do you think..?
cheers in advance for any opinions!

What phone to choose

Hello everyone! I want to buy a new phone for me and don't look at the budget because I can buy any phone on the market.
I like phones which are under 5.5" because I had a note 3 and it's very big -.- (I know that is 5.7" but 5.5" is bigger as well). Also I want the phone to take pictures/videos in a good quality and to run every game in the market on maximum. I know that every phone in 2014 can do this, like the samsung galaxy s4 or lg g2 it's perfect for me but I had a problem Samsung Galaxy S4 is snapdragon 600/snapdragon 800 and octa core. I prefer to take a quad core, but the snapdragon 800 don't seems to have many roms or developers and the snapdragon 600 seems to be a little bit old. But if we look at it, isn't really old because he can run everything at maximum, shoot in fullhd, good camera, etc. I am thinking at a G2 or Nexus 5 but they don't have a slot card (i know that 16 gb it's ok and 32gb is more than enough for me maybe but I like to have an sd card to expand my memory..you never know). I'm waiting G3 but the phone isn't really launched to test it and see how good it is (i know it have 5.5" but seems to be too awesome for now). Samsung Galaxy S5 maybe you will think that it's just ok for me but to really say it..the screen..i mean the colors are too oversatureted and I really don't know. Maybe an S4 is just good for me.
So, what to buy between an Samsung Galaxy S4 Snapdragon 600 / Samsung Galaxy S4 Snapdragon 800 and other device?
Well my dream phone is the Note 3. But no money. I have a friend that has the S4 and loves it. Me a cheap java Samsung phone
Snapdragon 800 is way more better than 600 so i would go with it.
But if i had a choice then nexus 5 was my answer since it is a google flagship and what not.
For storage expansion i would say, we dont keep all the worlds junk inside a smartphone and 16 gigs are not that poor.

If you can get an invite, get the Oneplus One. It is 5.5 inches, runs a tweaked version of CM11 and packs all the best specs. Its not 64 bit but it looks great none the less.
I know that with sammy moving towards Tizen, ill be less focused on them and definitely looking for alternate brands.

[Q] JIAYU

Hey guys , any help would be appreciated.
I'm definitely thinking about buying the JIAYU s3 but I need some help.
1. Are jiayu phones reliable and trustworthy for daily use?
2.Are the cameras good and is the quality of the build good?
3.Are there any legit sites that sell Jiayu phones? Because I was looking at some websites with suggestions but there all not working anymore........
4. How do Jiayu phones live up to other great brands?
The Jiayu s3 that i'm talking about has a 5.5inch ips fhd screen with 2/3gb of ram, a 16gb rom -and the new mtk6752 64bit processor with mali t-760 and scores around 45000 on antutu at a price of 170 dollars.
It probably is my “next" phone, but because I don't own one I can't answer your number 1, and 2 questions. For third there is a web site www.ibuygou.com where I saw it was on stock. Now I have Xiaomi mi2a which is Chinese phone too and I'm completely satisfied. The only thing that bothers me is the processor, especially GPS. But when there are some reviews I would buy it. Price is very nice.
My friend has ever bought a Jiayu G6 smartphone from http://www.pompmall.com/jiayu-g6-mtk6592-octa-core-android-4-2-smartphone-2gb-32gb-5-7-inch.html moths sgo, and she said it is really in high quality especially with the 8MP front and 13.0MP back dual camera specs. But i also prefer to but the new Jiayu S3 mobile, and waiting for the avialable.
1.&2. - Yes
3. http://www.ejiayu.com/en/Store.html
I can not decide what version to buy , 2 or 3 Gb - does it any matter? Do not need NTFC.
Chinese people do not give a source. with a complete set of new firmware will be a problem that's for sure. exception lenovo.

[Q] Which is more future proof S5, Z2, G3, Note3, or Zenfone2 ?

Hi all
I want to buy an android phone and its not my first one i had SXP neo L before along time ago
Im a student and the best devices that i can afford are SXP Z2 , Galaxy S5 , LG G3 32GB , Galaxy Note 3 N9005 (snapdargon version) , Zenfone 2 (4gb ram 2.3 ghz version)
these devices are all great pros and cons problems they all have one but i want a device with a fair developement status and i want to keep it for 2 years i want a device which will work properly for 2 years until i upgrade
(before you answer you have to know i play games alot i want to watch movies i scan documents with my phone so camera is important)
can someone explain to me briefly which device is more future proof ? (is 64bit hardware important in my case ? is more than 2gb ram necessary for me?)
which device i can sell with higher price between these (after 2 years) ?
if your overall choice is S5 which version ? Exynos Octa or Snapdragon ?
Thank you , I would appreciate any comment.
(if you have other suggestions feel free to leave a comment like other devices ,Nexus 5 ...)
Save up your money and get the note 4. You won't be disappointed. The gear vr is the coolest gaming I've ever done. The S5 is a good choice as well.

As an S5 owner who's extensively used the G3 and Note 3, I recommend either the G3 or Note 3. The G3, in the shortest amount of words possible in my opinion, is an S5 with a better Android skin.
I think, for someone who wants to use their phone for videos and other multimedia applications, the Note 3 is definitely your best option due to the screen size, which also
allows for more processing and battery power.
That said, if you're interested in being able to mod your phone in a fashion that doesn't make you bend over backwards in order to do it, stay away from the Samsungs.
With regards to "futureproofing," if you really want a phone that will hold its value over time, buy an iPhone. All of these flagships will likely be supported by their mfgs for a couple years after their release. Each will get at least Android M, albeit up to 6-7 months after its release (LG is usually better about quick updates than Samsung). I have no experience with the Zenfone, unfortunately.
According to your choices I would suggest you to go for G3 . I have my hands on G3, S5, Note 3 and I like G3 because of its performance and camera clarity, Note 3 is also good. But my overall experience was good with G3.
