Yes, I'm having the same problem. but I have the problem on both WIFI and 3G.
I've tried everything but It still continues.
I already installed 4 different custom roms but didn't solved the problem.
Also hoping for a solution

So I just installed the ICS ROM that's out for the Nexus S. It's fine, except for this issue with Whatsapp. It doesn't detect my contact list. Anyone had this problem and figured it out? I've tried removing it through titanium and reinstalling but it didn't help....
WhatsApp knows of the issue and they say they're working on it.

App needs to be updated for 4.0. Contacts API has been changed.

Just got my Note today. Whenever I am using the browser I keep getting a message saying something along the lines of Unfortunately Google.com.android gapps has stopped working.
This is a brand new Note running stick firmware.

Try a factory reset. If that doesn't work, I'd exchange it. Why screw with something brand new?
Yea, what the guy above me said. I've had my note for a month and never once seen what you describe. Definitely exchange if factory reset doesn't sort it out
I agree with the two previous posters. Ive had the note since August as well and I having had any issues.

Did a Google search which maybe I should have done first . It seems to have been caused by syncing Internet on my Google account. Unticked the option, cleared data and all is well .

I believe he meant account syncing, so if you have an app that needs data from your account, it can access it within an interval (certain time) e.g. Google Mail, when you get an email it'll give you a notification telling you that you have one.
Hi,
Since the last OTA update I am having problems with skype, my microphone stops working and the other person can't heard, I did try everything and found that the only workaround was to use skype handsfree mode, but this is quite annoying.
Anyone was able to solve this problem?

Hi, the problem I'm facing is that I can't open certain links that are on the Facebook app. I didn't used to have this problem, and it's only started a week or 2 back.
I have changed my browser and cleared all data on the fb app. But this hasnt fixed the problem.
- also the links work fine on my laptop
Has anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this problem as it becoming a bit of a pain
Thanks in advance, Mo
Try clearing the defaults in Facebook and the browser?

Did the facebook app update a week or two back? Might want to make the developer aware of this.

Having a little trouble accessing google servers while on 4G. I went and tested the nV m8 rom, which worked good. But now when I attempt to completely wipe my device and try another rom for some reason when I get to the part to log into my google account it just hangs there. The only way to get it to connect is while I am on wifi. But as soon as I disconnect the wifi I can no longer access my gmail or the play store. I tried wiping everything even data but it still doing this, is there something I need to do to get this working again? Or better yet has anybody ever heard of this problem before?
Apparently google is having issues

Im hoping it is just google that is having problems. I tried it with my other 2 gmail accounts and still the same problem it just hangs until I put my wifi on and then it connects no problem.

Ok good, I thought it was something with my device but this confirms the problems others are having.
