This can be achieved with an app called tasker, When I am home it disables my lock and changes my phones settings. When I'm out of the house it re-enables the lock etc.
But tasker can do so much more than this as well, it is difficult to start with but definitely worth the time https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.dinglisch.android.taskerm&hl=en_GB

[Q] Good Missed It! Alternative?

I'm looking for a highly configurable, minimalistic missed call/text/email notification center to use in conjunction with WidgetLocker. I've run the gamut by now. Missed It! is pretty good, but still not quite as tweakable as I'd like. Ideally, it'd be terrific if the notifications hid when there were no missed calls/texts, and appeared only when needed.
Anyone have a good alternative?
Thanks.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've tried Noled with Widgetlocker and found it just doesn't work, but perhaps I've misconfigured it. Thoughts?

Hi! Just like you, I got Missed It! so that I could properly combine it with WidgetLocker... and if I understand correctly what you want, Missed It! does have it: in Settings -> Output format, uncheck "Always show output".
Interesting. I'll give that a shot. "Always show output" isn't exactly the most self-explanatory menu item...

NoLed does work, but it's a bit of a pain to set up! You have to check on all of the options, and select the ones you want.

Certain things don't work correctly with a non-standard lockscreen. I use Phonelocator Pro and it acts as a manager using the internal Android lockscreen but NOLed still does not work correctly with it. The developer confirmed this in his thread.

I thought phone locator was an app to know the location of a phone, and not a lockscreen? In any event noLed works with golocker. Which lockscreen are you using?

In order to prevent the app from being disabled, it acts as a "device administrator." It uses the default Android Lockscreen still but the dev. said it was no-go no noLED. Perhaps he didn't understand just how Phonelocator modifies default behavior, but regardless that was his answer.

[HIDDEN MENU] 5 lockscreen Shortcuts

Hi all,
i know that it gives a thread about the Hidden Torch menu, so i thought i test a little bit for some others.
I tested a lot with the shortcut Maker and found a link to a Setting Menu where u can set 5 App Shortcuts direct to the lockscreen like in other FWs befor.
the string is under Settings:
com.android.settings/com.android.settings.lockscreenshortcut.LockScreen SchortcutSettings
In this Menu u can manage 5 Apps which u want on the bottom of the lockscreen. This functionwas given in other FWs before, so i thought someone will use it when he knows that it is given in the FW now
Isnt this already in the firmware.. it is already enenbled on tmo s4

Haha, it's Sony Sketch (I install it using rom toolbox). Great font, used it for years.

Ok this part of the Menu is missing in my FW DBT.
So i think the DBT is the problem that this menu point is missing, in the past it was missing to in other FWs for Galaxy S2 DBT versions.
i have it from day one in every firm i tried

Then is the question "why is this menu missing in the DBT XXUBMF8 SuperSlim?" I think not that it is missing cause an app was removed, cause thats are system Settings which are not handeled over an app.
And i heard that im not the only one where this menu is missing, its a little bit strange...
I have DBT too and mine is also missing, kinda annoying...
maybe because i have 9500 ?

U must get a app like QuickShortCutMaker
In this app u must search under Settings for this point:
com.android.settings
/com.android.settings.lockscreenshortcut.LockScreenSchortcutSettings
thats the menu you need.

This worked! I had these same problems with a number of DBM firmwares, this worked perfectly on first official 4.3 release.
Thank you very much.
@OP
I thought the shortcut options for the lockscreen (in the standard lockscreen settings menu) were varied depending on the type of unlock method you used. If you only unlock by swiping, you had more widget/shortcut options available, but if you had a tighter lockscreen security then you don't have so many options.
I use a pattern unlock and the options disappear for me because of my unlock method.
I'll try your guide and see if I can add shortcuts without changing my lockscreen security type.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT: I tried the shortcut you posted, it does bring up that settings screen regardless of what type of lockscreen you're using, but with my pattern lockscreen it still doesn't show the shortcuts on there. When I set my lockscreen type to swipe, the app shortcuts appear on the lockscreen, and so does the menu option in the standard settings menu to select/change the apps, as per your shortcut to this screen.

Blocking mode

I was going through the settings and found out blocking mode. So thought of sharing here. I is very usefull when u don't want any calls and want to use your internet. No file moddiNg nothing is needed. U just need a launcher like apex or nova.
THEN just long press on home screen and select shortcut--> activities-->find settings and in settings search for the activity named 'blocking mode'.
That's all folks.
Edit : its not working. Hope someone would find how to make it work.
Naaah. Cant find it ! :|
Edit. Found it. but i have a shortcut on homescreen only. Not in settings :/
Edit again. NOT WORKING. GETTING CALLS AND NOTIFICATIONS EVEN AFTER ACTIVATION.
Actually I found out that somehow Samsung has hidden and/disabled many USEFUL features (and Blocking Mode is one of them...)
I tried to re-enable it but my Settings app kept force closing - proving that I must have been wrong somewhere....
Sent from my phone, because I'm away from my PC right now
Found it and its work.
Thanks!

yes sure , more feature will be developed in future releases.
It's genius if you add one option if the smartphone doesn't unlock by fingertip you can select what's app gonna lock!

i just developed fingerprint app locker.
Free Version - Link
Pro Version - Link
Now you can lock your mobile apps using your fingerprint.
• No Peaking in recent apps
• Fully optimized
• No battery Drain
Note :
• you must register your fingerprint in your device
[Settings]> [Security]> [Nexus Imprint]
• Turn On Accessibility Service , this app will not work without enabling it.
[Settings]>[Accessibility]> turn on > [App Locker : Service]
• Enable Device Admin to prevent unauthorized uninstall.
[Settings]> [Security]> [Device Administrators]> turn on > [App Locker]
Please let me know your thoughts and review.

Everytime I receive a notification (Snapchat, WhatsApp, etc), the app is showing the lockscreen even without clicking on it.. Can you fix it? (Android N Beta - Nexus 5X).
Great app that I've just bought. Just a couple of suggestion.
A screen with a fake error instead of a screen asking for a fingerprint.
And a way to disable rapidly the service.
Guys please check the update , its awesome
This app is amazing, I downloaded the free version, original worked great, but with the addition of the crash screen is it supposed to recognize fingerprint input while the crash screen is up? It doesnt seem to let me do anything when the app crash is showing, but if I turn the crash screen it works as expected. As soon as i figure out if it's just me I'll be buying the premium version.

I have another issue on Android N.
It does not matter what I set in "Relock apps", after I unlock my device and open locked app (e.g. Settings), I need to unlock it after every activity change. And it stops (it does not ask for fingerprint) after some time...
