[Q] Rooting Galaxy S Duos and Galaxy Grand Duos using Push SuperUser+BusyBox

Can I use Method 1 of this thread to root Galaxy S duos and Galaxy Grand Duos.
I've rooted my S2 GT I9100 using the same thread. When searched I found other methods to root the S duos but I want to know if the asked method does the job as it is easier to do.

You should be able to do so, but I suggest you see what other members with your device have used.

Bootloader unlocked for Samsung Galaxy Duos and Grand ?
Does Samsung Galaxy Duos and Grand have their bootloader unlocked or we need to do it specifically? Unlocked bootloader is needed to root these phones using this thread. So, just checking before I proceed with rooting these phones:good:

No need to follow that guide, and no need to unlock the bootloaders as they are already unlocked.
For the Galaxy S Duos, see here.
For the Galaxy Grand, see this thread.
For the Galaxy Grand Duos, see this thread or this thread. :good:

Can CWM be reverted to Stock recovery?
By the way can the installation of CWM recovery be reverted to stock recovery. I couldn't find convincing links for my GT I9100 and Galaxy S Duos. And can the manufacturer know if CWM had been installed and/or rooting had been performed upon taking the phone for warranty issues? Please help..:good:
Worked Great.....

Yes, you can revert your recovery as well as ROM back to stock. So it would look like a normal unrooted stock phone.
But some phones (like the I9100) have binary counters that get tripped while rooting or flashing custom ROMs. If not reset, these counters can inform the manufacturer that you have tampered with your device, thus voiding your warranty.

I saw in a part that installing "remove triangle" or something like that app can reset binary counters but it also mentioned that it might brick my device.so how safe is the app to use to reset the counter?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app
Triangle Away app is pretty safe to use in the I9100. But no one can guarantee you anything mate. The risk is yours to take.

Metro pcs 4.3 update?

I can't seem to find a forum for the metro pcs Samsung galaxy s3 Sch-r530m so this is the only place I figure I can post. I've been trying to find a manual update being every other s3 has 4.3 and have been unsuccessful. I would like to root my phone for it I currently have 4.1.2 and don't know where to start. I have researched quite a bit but a lot of it is confusing and I don't wanna brick my phone. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated thanks!
