I have this big doubt... is there any app that i can install in my phone to launch apps remotely through sms orders?

I'm looking for an app that will let me remotely launch / kill apps on my android phone. My end goal is to be able to remotely start up and kill a GPS tracker app thats on my phone. While the GPS tracker app does support SMS activation, i don't want to pay per SMS just to start / stop the tracking, nor do i want to use a different tracker app.
Does anyone know if a remote application launcher exists? If not, I'm thinking i might just try and develop one.
I have alot of text and old ones just take up space, so i was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to make a delete all button in messages

Isn't that an Android app, but not a WP7 app?
I know that there can't be an app for a normal (unlocked) phone that mass-deletes messages because WP7 won't allow apps access to the message store.
That is correct. A homebrew app *could* be created, though - the APIs needed are already being used by the SMS Backup app.
I was wondering if there's a way to view whatsapp messages from another app?
I don't want to be visible online, and the apps on market for this are really poor. Any tips?

There is an app called "Whatsapp Toolbox" that lets you see messages on whatsapp without going online or without changing your last seen.
But you need root for this app to work. This app is available on the play store and it works fine.
Is there a way I reply with "Google Messenger" without having to disable messaging notification altogether?
Hi
I'm a software developer.
I've developed an app for my company and when I running it on Huawei p8 lite I have the problem that notification doesn't run becouse the app isn't into app protected like WhatApp, Twitter etc. If I manually configure the app as app protected all is ok, the notification runs.
Is there a way (programmatically way) to configure my app as alredy protecteted when i install into the device, like WhatApp or Twitter?
I tried creating a background service but it doesn't run.
Thanks
